Townhome vacation rentals in Derby

Our host Natasha was lovely and super helpful. We needed to check in earlier due to early start time of an event we were going to and she accomodated us witholut hesitation. She was very quick to respond and gave very clear instructions. We attended a day festival at the Moderns RFC and this was only a 15 minute walk away so was a good location for us. Natasha's home was beautiful and very clean. Bedding and pillows soft and the room was a good size. We didnt use it but there was an assortment of tea/coffee etc and a kettle provided in the room as well as local info. Thank you Natasha for being a great host :)

Nice spacious room, walkable distance from bus stop and 10-15 min walk to nearest team stop that connects to the city.

The stay at John and Anna’s was wonderful! The room was very large with an ensuite bathroom as well. The bed was very comfortable! John and Anna were both very friendly and welcoming, with quick responses too! They also have two very cute pups!! Everything with the stay was great, very clean place and it also had a parking spot too. Would highly recommend!

The house was gorgeous, cosy, spotlessly clean,very homely and a great location close to where we had been working. The beds, linen & pillows were particularly amazing so had a really good night's sleep. Julie left us a welcome pack of bread, milk, tea coffee etc etc was very welcomed as we had been working till late so had no time to pick up supplies. So thank you Julie x Will definitely book again when I'm back in the area.

We were staying in Balborough for a wedding up the road and Richard's place was perfect for this. The place had everything we needed and was spacious for our pup, Kevin.

Had a fantastic one night stay in this beautiful town house. would definitely stay again. only a 13 minute walk into the city centre. very spacious house, clean and modern. bedrooms spacious, comfy beds and clean fresh bedding. would 100% recommend

Place was massive and beautiful. Had load of games which is perfect for big groups. The location was easy to get to from Alton towers. The host was incredible and responded very quickly!! The check in process was very easy and had plenty of parking around the area. Highly recommend this place to any big groups wanting to visit Alton towers!!!!

Very quirky property full of antiquities, paintings, reference books and nick-backs. Very homely and wonderful reception rooms and large open kitchen area. Flowers and shrubs galore in the beautifully kept oasis of a back garden. Perfect stay whilst attending our daughter’s graduation.

Had a lovely stay at The Stables. Felt right at home. It’s larger than the photos suggest & very clean & comfortable. Jean-Pierre was an excellent host, very friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

A very large spacious accommodation with accurate description of facilities. Located in a safe quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely book here again if needed. Leroy was a very responsive host.

We had a fab short stay at Robyn's house. All the rooms were so impressive, luxurious, and had everything we needed and more. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Staying at Kimmie & Leah's place has been the highlight of my year. I booked it as a last minute escape & it exceeded my expectations in every area. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions and great communication from Kimmie. Upon entering Hacienda at the Mill I was blown away by how much thought & care had gone into preparing the place for my visit - there was a great size hamper with snacks as well as tea, coffee, biscuits, wine, beer, eggs, butter etc. It was the same in the bathroom too - stocked with lots of toiletries, bubble bath & bath salts etc as I'd mentioned I was coming to enjoy some R&R. I was sent many recommendations for things to do around Leek & in the surrounding areas & truly I just had the most wonderful time exploring in the day & then relaxing in the serene apartment at night. It was perfectly clean & had a hotel worthy bed - I slept like a baby every night. The Hacienda felt like my second home and I can't wait to return to Leek and stay here again 🙂

We have used Joanna's place a few times whilst working locally. We have always been happy with how clean, comfy and pleasant the house is. We would use again and recommend to anyone.

Matt was a great host! Left us a bottle of wine, chocolates and a hand written note to welcome us which was a really nice touch! We had everything we needed during our stay and the location was ideal the things we planned to do! I wouldn't hesitate staying again!

Beautiful home in the heart of Bakewell. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Bakewell or the surrounding area.

We found the Stone House II clean, stocked with all the essentials and pleasantly well-maintained. David was highly responsive in ensuring we could reach the place and access it in good time, and left clear instructions and expectations. Best of all, this property sits on the cusp of the Colwick woods and nature reserve, which made for an excellent evening of dog walking. The city centre is also reachable on foot, and we were able to enjoy a lot of what Nottingham has to offer, with a quiet place to sleep.

Lovely home, boutique decor feel. 3 double bedrooms were all beautiful and very comfy. Lots of welcoming touches and pet friendly. House situated in a great location, town centre at the top of the street (1 min walk) with great places to eat on doorstep. Leek Bar and Grill (Mediterranean Restaurant) served delicious food ( great vegetarian options), very reasonable prices. Dogs welcome. Lots charity shops and independent shops. Down the street the other way is Brough Park (5 mins walk). Huge beautiful park, fantastic for dog walks and the skate park area was a hit with my son. Lidl supermarket round the corner. Great base, drove to the beautiful village of Castleton (45 min drive) and visit to the Caverns, stunning views. Plenty other places to go walking within 40 mins drive including Luds Church stunning views 20 mins drive. Perfect for myself 2 kids and a dog. Small town house, Living room ok for us but 4 + would be a squeeze. Compact but beautiful, cosy, warm and practical.
