Vacation rentals with a patio in Denning

Our second time at Chris’s place and we plan to keep coming back! Well appointed, clean and comfortable Chris thinks of everything including cold water in the fridge and furniture covers for our dogs. The place is charming and the location walkable to eateries and good coffee. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This is a charming studio apartment on the bottom floor of a house. We had our own porch and entrance was easy with the electronic keypad. The place itself is an a very good location just a minute walk from the main street of Beacon. Andrea was kind enough to let us check out a little late which helped us with our travel plans. Recommended.

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

A perfect little apartment in a perfect 300 year-old stone house. Privacy. Serenity. Calm beauty. Accommodating host. Every uptown Kingston attraction and restaurant within a few minutes walk. Easy parking. A good night's sleep. Can't say that it's clutter-free, but who cares, it's really charming and that bathroom is SO relaxing with both a giant rain shower and old fashioned tub. Perfect.

Jenna’s place worked well for our family reunion in Catskill village, convenient to Main Street shops. The shower set up (curtain in a tub) was a bit tricky.

The location was absolutely stunning! The river in the backyard created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the space was clean. At one point, it rained, and I enjoyed sitting on the patio.

We had a fantastic stay at The Tannery House! It was incredibly clean, perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and fenced area for our dog to play. Irene was very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze. We would definitely recommend this listing to anyone visiting the Catskills.

Our stay at this beautiful cabin was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we booked, Inssaf was an incredible host—super nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. The cabin itself is even more stunning than the photos. It’s a charming, cozy, and well-designed wooden retreat that feels like something out of a storybook. It has everything you need for a weekend getaway. One of our favorite features was the spacious outdoor deck—perfect for relaxing, enjoying the fresh air, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. The property also includes a private pond where you can walk around—such a serene touch. Inside, the pellet stove added a warm and inviting feel that made the space extra cozy. It was easy to get to, yet felt incredibly secluded and private. Plus, the location is fantastic—just a short drive to Livingston Manor and Roscoe, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, breweries and more. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. If you’ve stayed at their former AirB&B, the Art Cabin in the Woods, you’ll remember the little touches that made it magical, surprises at every turn - imagine that x5, that’s what you find here. GORGEOUS indoor space that’s colorful, whimsical and yet upscale & refined, from the radiant heated floors to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen..the cozy living room with the biggest TV I’ve ever seen to the bedroom’s atmospheric wall-mounted fireplace.. the PERFECT mattress & the deepest soaking tub these old bones have ever had the pleasure to melt in! True luxury Outside - hot tub, grill, fire pit, wood-burning sauna…3 decks, seating everywhere, and the views…all speak for themselves. 2 nights wasn’t enough, strongly suggest minimum 3, I’m already planning!!

This is an amazing property and can’t wait to visit again! It’s very secluded on a beautiful plot of land near Phoenicia and within striking distance of Woodstock etc. New construction with beautiful airy layout (contemporary barn structure) and all of the amenities you would want including outdoor grill and amazing hot tub on an adjacent pond. Truly beautiful property and very attentive and friendly management!

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

The house was beautiful. My friends and i had a great stay. The hang out place on third floor was best. The rooms were cozy and the porch was the best part. Would definitely recommend.

Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Very beautiful inside and outside as well. The host was very kind and responded right away to any questions I had.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

Perfectly set up and spotless. The unit is supplied with everything you could possibly need. By far the best organized, supplied and clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

The space was great! The only thing that was different was the indoor pool and hot tub were not on site. They only have an outdoor pool that of course was closed in February. They did however give access at another resort 7 miles away. We were not able to take advantage due to a snow storm that came in. But I did get use of the jet tub in the upstairs bathroom so it made up for it😊
