This home is a beautiful mix of cozy and modern. You’ll love cooking in the kitchen and taking in the view from the second story deck. The property is stunning, with wide meadows and dense woods. There are 140 acres to explore and utilize for events like weddings or a retreats. There is a half acre pond with a pond house at the top of the property and a trout stream running along the bottom. The Treecastle at the Roundhouse Homestead

The Treecastle started as a vision when I was a child, but came to life during the quarantine of 2020. Escaping into the woods and surrounded by nature, the treecastle is supported on one end completely by a mature pin oak with hardware from Treehouse Masters TV show. Our cozy cabin is right on Route 212 in Mount Tremper, between Woodstock and Phoenicia, in close proximity to everything the sublime Catskills have to offer like hiking, skiing, swimming, and fishing. We are 20 minutes to Belleayre, 25 to Hunter, and 40 to Windham Mountains for the best of Catskills skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing. The Pines restaurant is a short 5 minute walk from the cabin and home to local eclectic cuisine.
