The apartment is located on W Deaderick and is just a short walk to Jackson Walk Restaurants , Farmer's Market, and Hub City Brewing Taproom. I am the brewmaster at the local brewery, and my fiancé works as a reporter for the local newspaper. We live downstairs with our two dogs, Layla and Morri.

A great lake house. We fished, cooked out, chilled, and fished some more. Bass, bluegill, crappie were biting as we fished off the provided small pontoon boat with trolling motor. Easy fishing with great action. If you're looking for total tranquility this might not be your spot. People live on the lake and have chores to do, often times with power tools. None of it bothered us because the fishing is pretty great on the lake. We were there to fish, not meditate. Michael was a fine host and the place is exactly what you want in a lake house. The drive in is beautiful. Do a search of the food and grocery options in the area and pack accordingly. Options are limited but the kitchen and grill at Michael's place will keep you fed. Our hope is to come back in the fall and see the leaves and get into some more bass.

This place was BEAUTIFUL. Also, everything was clean, and it was easy to find and check in. It was a wonderful stay.

David's home was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great place and close to shopping area. Very clean and the home was spacious for our family. Will definitely stay there again if in town!
