From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Located on the edge of the water, the cottage will be the perfect base for exploring Anjou. Walkers, sportsmen and fishermen will only have to take one step to reach the banks and its towpath before coming to bask in a 3-seater Jacuzzi.

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

Le Botanica – close to the tram, private parking

Beautiful modern apartment located in the Hauts de Saint-Aubin. On the first floor of a very recent residence with elevator, our luxury "Botanica" apartment will seduce you with its location, calm and private terrace. A free parking space is reserved for you in the basement. - The "Les Hauts de Saint-Aubin" tram station is a 3-minute walk from the property. - Place du Ralliement and the train station are 20 minutes away by tram. If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Fully renovated cottage in a farmhouse that we live in We offer a fully renovated and newly equipped cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Angers, for 4 to 6 people. Two suites: 1 bedroom and its bathroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom and its bathroom with 2 beds that can become a large bed when brought together. The sofa bed can also easily be unfolded in the living room.
