Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the Coteaux du Layon. Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Le Moulin Neuf – Val du Layon

Closed until February for the creation of a group cottage and internship location. Welcome to the heart of the natural and wild site of the Hyrôme Valley, in this independent studio adjoining the Moulin Neuf (16th century watermill). You can enjoy the terrace by the river Hyrôme, go for a boat ride. Easy access to many hiking trails in the heart of the vineyard. Close to many of the sights; cellar visits. Pets allowed.

Fully renovated cottage in a farmhouse that we live in We offer a fully renovated and newly equipped cottage in the countryside 20 minutes from Angers, for 4 to 6 people. Two suites: 1 bedroom and its bathroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom and its bathroom with 2 beds that can become a large bed when brought together. The sofa bed can also easily be unfolded in the living room.
