Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our house located in the old town called Paspatur in the center of Fethiye. When you go down the stairs of the house, you will find yourself in the old town bazaar with restaurants&bars. It is walking distance to the marina, minibuses to tourist attractions,shops,taxi office,ATMs and populer places. The fish market with fish restaurants is nearby.
