Great location, places to visit are within walking distance, the interior of the house is clean and tidy, as shown in the photos. The balcony is very small, but the view is beautiful. I thank Mr. Kadir, a very small addition, if the building floor spaces are as tidy and clean as the houses, it can be better.

The view of the house was great, Mr. Şenol was very helpful with everything. Due to the natural location of Kaş, it was a bit of a nuisance that everything was uphill. Other than that, I enjoyed a wonderful nature as if I was at home. Many thanks to Mr. Şenol

My stay was great. The house condition and location were as described. Mr. Ersin was very helpful in communication during the check-in and check-out process and was in constant communication. It was a very good accommodation for me in terms of price performance.

The house is very clean, the apartment has all the amenities , a good aura, the view from the terrace is really just chic exactly as pictured. The only disadvantage is the lack of an elevator. Apartments on the 4th floor.

Great Villa with great location.

We had a lot of fun in 3 days, the host was very helpful, friendly face and very well taken care of, we were very satisfied, only everything is not 100% sheltered, it worried us, but I think there was no one since the season was open, we were very satisfied in general, everything was very nice, thank you very much

This is our second time renting this place! On our second arrival, we liked the house even more. Every corner in the house is thought out by a caring hostess. If you want to take photos with amazing views and relax like in your home, then you definitely need to come here. We'll definitely be back. We had an amazing stay at Mustafa’s villa in Fethiye! The house was spotless, everything was exceptionally clean and well, maintained. It was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The backyard was absolutely beautiful, perfect for enjoying the sunshine or having a quiet evening outdoors. The entire property was very private, fully fenced and gated , even the car had its own secure spot, which gave us great peace of mind. The beds were super comfortable, making every night restful. Mustafa was a fantastic host, very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Start off by saying we're quite likely to return, just because of the amenities in the villa rather than the location or part of Turkey itself. Everything thought of, from clothes drying rack, toddler play pen/cot, swing-sofa to relax on and put the toddler to sleep without rocking. Great pool, including 30cm deep section for the younger kids to learn in safely. Property fully covered for privacy. Villa looked after well and looks exactly like photos. Communication good. Couple of issues resolved/solutions noted. I would note it would be advisable to have a car, for the first three nights we did not and managed to go to everywhere walkable with children but after that, a car was helpful to see other local towns

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

We stayed in Fethiye and absolutely loved it! The place had an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as expected, and we’d definitely love to visit again!

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

It was an amazing stay, we enjoyed it so much Everything was close to us, supermarkets are 3 mins walking, beach is 5 minutes and easy access to transportation.

We stay regularly, it's a place we enjoy as a family, we didn't experience anything negative, thanks for making someone who doesn't normally like to stay in the same place feel the need to stay again
