During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was spotless. Especially the garden was our favorite. There's a garden area bigger than the house and it was all ours. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I came across by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything was necessary. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

If your looking for a peaceful get away in the mountain/ woods it doesn’t get better than this! It’s a beautiful home perfect for a couple nestled in a peaceful secluded area with a gated fence. A beautiful big sized pool in the backyard. The host was super nice and responsive. She gave an in depth tour of the house and answered any questions we had. Also she gave us many local recommendations for the area. This place is a perfect 20 minute drive to the main town Kas where all the nice restaurants/ cafes/ and shopping is! I highly recommend this beautiful spot and I will definitely be coming back to visit this house and wonderful host! Terrific.

Our Airbnb stay at Osman's villa, with five close friends was absolutely delightful. The villa itself was a haven of comfort and style, offering us a spacious retreat with all the amenities we could have asked for. The standout feature was undoubtedly the stunning pool, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Osman, our gracious host, made sure the pool remained pristine, even taking the time to clean it after our extended use, which we greatly appreciated. Amazing location and fabulous views. We were met my Mehmet inspite of an awkward arrival time. Everything was exactly as described. Communication was excellent. We had no issues and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

We enjoyed staying at Deniz's house. It is located on a quiet street but very close to the seafront and restaurants. The guest area occupies the entire second floor and has a separate entrance from the street, which is very convenient. The three bedrooms and dining area have lots of windows, providing plenty of fresh air. The three balconies are convenient as well. The house was clean and well-maintained. The garden added a lot of fun to our stay, as we were allowed to explore it and pick some fruits. We gave Deniz 5 stars and would love to stay there again.

We stayed at Huma’s spacious and incredibly comfortable home for our annual family get together, and it was absolutely perfect. Our group of 7 had more than enough room, and it was so much better than being spread out in hotel rooms or other moldy villas in the area. We loved gathering by the pool to relax and celebrate—so much nicer than a crowded hotel and some other villa’s in Kalkan that we had stayed in previous years. One of the highlights was spending a fun day with everyone on the rooftop deck, all enjoying the amazing outdoor kitchen and spectacular 360 degree views.. The setting was peaceful and relaxing. Yet easily walkable to the many beach clubs, markets and waterfront restaurants nearby. Huma communicated often and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. Her home was the ideal place for this special occasion—we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A five star experience all the way.

Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to get around. One of the highlights for our family was the swimming pool—our kids absolutely loved it! Overall, a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

We had a great stay at Sakir’s house. It’s very spacious, which we appreciated with two small children, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had most basics and necessities, we cooked dinners most nights. We had a car so could easily get to town for supplies (10-15min drive) and explore the surrounding beaches. The dogs in the neighbourhood bark into the night, which didn’t bother me but kept my wife up at times. The bathroom drains were a bit smelly at times but keeping the doors closed dealt with that. The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunset, and if Sakir can get some outdoor furniture up there it would be a nice spot for a drink at the end of the day! The Fesleğen Kokusu cafe just around the corner does an amazing Turkish breakfast, which was one of the highlights of our trip & highly recommended!

Stayed at the villa for 4 nights, the host was very helpful and responsive from the day we got there till the day we left, house was amazing would love to visit again. Very amazing service would 100% recommend worth the price you pay for the home as it’s exactly like the pics very lovely.🥰

The house was very nice and comfortable. Everything was thought out, there was nothing missing. A place where you can spend time comfortably. It was especially enjoyable to spend time in the garden and pool. The host, Mr. Murat, was also very interested. The view looked better in the photos, but it was a little blocked due to the new houses built in front of it. Other than that, it's a nice option for a vacation in Kaş.

From here, I would like to thank Mr. Ramazan, the place is so beautiful, you are very relaxed from the mental point of view, he was always in contact with us in a natural location away from the noise of the city, he was always in touch with us, he went above and beyond to help with everything, he was looking at the messages in seconds, hygiene about the house 10/10 perfect, all the small details were considered

We had a wonderful stay at Durali’s. The surroundings are the exceptional part of the stay. The home is located in a very quiet, peaceful, wooded agricultural area, with stunning views of the surrounding hills & sea. There is nothing commercialized in the area, and you can have a true sense for the place, just as it is. We’ve found it rare to find this type of environment. Beautiful. Durali was kind and generous, went out of his way to personally ensure our arrival was smooth in the very early hours of the morning. He also prepared freshly squeezed orange juice and a bottle of wine for our family. There is an assistant nearby who can be reached, though we found are needs were few. Thank you for this lovely experience.

Wonderful! The beautiful view you see in the photos is absolutely true. The apartment is attractive, clean, and peaceful, with a comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen, and the washer works great. It's a short walk to a good grocery store, lots of restaurants, etc. On top of all that, the thoughtful, friendly host, Hafize, is amazing. She brought us Turkish dishes to try (delicious!), and she responded right away when we had a question. Overall she made us feel very welcome not only in her lovely apartment but in the charming town of Kalkan. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of AirBnBs, and this one is something very special.

Hands down, Terra Liva was simply amazing—everything I hoped for and more! The place was very clean, cozy, and private. The sauna worked perfectly and heated up quickly. There were two jacuzzis (the indoor one had hot water, while the outdoor one was cold), an outdoor swimming pool (not heated, but the temperature was great for swimming), a balcony, an outdoor bar, and a cozy swing chair—everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Tugay was incredibly responsive, answering us in less than 10 minutes even late at night. Whatever we needed, he provided! And the view? You have to see it for yourself. Please don’t hesitate to book this home; my family and I absolutely loved our stay! P.S. The neighborhood cats are the cherry on top! They are so cute and friendly; you can’t help but feed them! LOL

Really enjoyed my stay in the apartment! Thank you to the helpful and sweet hostess. I was always in touch. Special thanks for letting me leave my personal belongings until lunch on the day of departure. The sea is 20 minutes walk. You can get back by bus - the stop is near the house. There are many shops around, there are cafes. The apartment is very large, two-storey. Clean, beautiful! We loved it! Would recommend!

The place was incredibly beautiful and cozy, with a super clean pool. The host was very proactive and helpful - they even let us keep our luggage at their home while we went to explore Fethiye. Overall, it had a very homely and welcoming vibe.

Very beautiful house, cozy, clean, everything is thought out. Lovely yard. Responsive, friendly host. There is everything you need. A quiet place with a beautiful mountain view. Of the minuses, only low lighting, but so in almost all apartments and houses in Turkey :)

We stayed 2 nights. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the bungalow. It was a nice advantage to have a kitchen, we were able to prepare our own breakfast. The amenities offered; refrigerator, stove, kettle, television, air conditioning were working perfectly. It had a cute garden and a swing and tables in the garden. We stayed as two people, but we thought it was very suitable for a family of 4 with children. 2 rooms 1 living room (with open kitchen) in size. You can choose Korsan Bay, which is within walking distance to the sea, but 15 minutes by car to swim. We also went to Adrasan in 25 minutes by car. There is a very pleasant restaurant by the sea within walking distance of the house, you can choose it for your dinners. There is a grocery store within a 5-minute walk from the house where you can meet your needs. We were very pleased. The host also gave us an umbrella to use on the beach. Thank you very much, we recommend it.

Extremely clean and tidy. The location is quite close to the beach, markets and places where you can meet most of your needs. It will definitely be among our preferences during the summer season.
