We stayed 1 month, we will be returning. We hired a scooter to get us up & down the hill. We walked up and down a handfull of times during our stay. I would prefer to be up the hill with the views, it takes about 1 minute to get down into the town by scooter. The area is very very safe, very kind & friendly local people. We can't wait to return to Saylam Suites & Kaş.

Such a wonderful place to stay. I just loved chilling out on the deck with a freshly squeezed orange juice from the town and some bread as the sun slowly goes down. Then taking a walk past the ruins to the beautiful beach. It’s a fantastic laidback town and a really good place to stay. Breakfast was lovely and Hasan the host was always helpful, friendly and happy to chat about life and experiences. The room was comfortable and clean. We would have stayed longer but had to move on. I highly rexcomend it and would not hesitate to stay there again. Christin

The place is very cool!! We had a swimming pool, the parents of a 6 year old, was very helpful. This is not the center of Kash, it is a 30-minute walk. It was more of a plus to us. I want to write a separate review about our attitude to us. Host - Inna helped us with everything that we needed and even more. She knows all the places to go, where to buy, what time opens (if you think Google knows that too, you get lost a lot). There are small drawbacks in the apartment itself, for example, the handle or backlight in the bathroom falls off, but these are such little things compared to everything else that it will not spoil your vacation. It feels like I wanted to stay in Kasha, we left too quickly.

Pretty much the perfect apartment. Very spacious, fantastic view, everything is high quality and works. Internet is good enough for work, even if the upload speed is mediocre (8 Mbits). The only cons is the location - you'll need to climb up just to reach the nearest shop.

It was a very nice and clean place with an affordable price, 15 minutes by car from the center of Kaş. We were very pleased. The pool was also clean and well-maintained, how nice it is to look at the greenery when you go out on the balcony. It was also a plus that they were the sweetest and most loving dogs we've ever seen in our lives in the neighborhood. Rice pudding, Cinnamon and Kaş will always be in our hearts. The entrance was also very comfortable, but I think it should be preferred by those who have a car. I don't know how far it is to public transportation. However, the host is very helpful, just ask by texting.

It was a great experience to wake to a beautiful pool. When you get in the place it is like a whole different world! Its close by the beaches. Place was clean and all kitchen tools were available.definitely will visit again!! Thanks for all help and hospitality.

Gökhan is a very welcoming and communicative host. He helped us with the late-night check-in and assisted us with everything that we needed. The accommodation is amazing for people who love nature, sky views, and quiet places. It's located on a hill, in 25-30 min walking distance from the city center. All shops are within walking distance. You can watch mesmerizing sunsets from the balcony every day. The kitchen is fully equipped for long-term stays. 5/5, highly recommended.

We had a great stay. Clean apartment with a very nice view. Location was good, close to the center and easy to walk everywhere.

Really enjoyed our stay in Kemer. It was a very safe area, right at the main strip. There were a lot of great restaurants (including Kitchen, which is right beside the hotel). It was a little difficult to park nearby, but we parked out by the tennis courts and walked a short distance. It didn’t impact our stay at all. The hotel was clean and had some surprises like a rain shower head. The bathroom was very clean. They have complimentary coffee and tea. It’s not outstanding but still appreciated. The staff is very kind. Would book there again.

We are so glad we chose this place. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great sunset views as described. We loved that it was up on the hill away from the busy city centre. It would be highly recommended to have a car here. The host was very kind and responsive when we needed them. We would absolutely book this place again without hesitation.

The apartments are great and cozy. One of the benefits is that they are located on a hillside, offering a beautiful view. Additionally, there is a large terrace for residents to enjoy, along with available parking slots. However, a hillside location's downside is that it takes about 15 minutes to reach the sea. Despite this, the stunning view makes it worthwhile.

Owner of the house was very welcoming and kind! We arrived late at the night, he waited for us to come. Also we forgot to buy any food in that day of arrival and he gave us welcoming gift - some food, it was very helpful at the moment. Also he helped us during our stay several times We were in a winter period (3 weeks in november/december) We had no any problems when we lived there - Despite of winter period we always had hot water (you just need 1 minute to wait until it become hot) - When it was days without sun and with cold whether hot air conditioning helped us a lot to warm up a room. - Owner gave us warm blankets, so we had no any problems with sleeping - We worked remotely, apartament has sufficiently good WiFi to work and it has a table to work on. - Apartment is very clean. - Kitchen has all you need, except of microwave :( Place is not close to town center, but it has really beautiful pebble beach near, where you can swim and watch sunsets.

Tolga's apartment in Kas was brilliant. A perfect location on the edge of Kas town with amazing views over looking the Marina and peninsula. It was a short walk from the town. The apartment was superbly equipped. Tolga was extremely helpful and swift in replying to all our queries and helped us find a great airport transfer. We would highly recommend Tolga's apartment.

We stayed with 4 friends for 2 nights and 3 days. The house was spotless, the towels and linens smelled of softener. We couldn't get enough of the view at some point, we didn't even want to leave the house, it was very peaceful, quiet and calm. The host was very caring, very responsive and helpful with every issue we had. If I come to Kaş again, I will definitely stay here.

Ms. Filiz immediately responded to every sport from the beginning to the end of our stay. We are very satisfied with the stay. The house is as described. It was spacious and spacious. The apartment numbers are spaced from top to bottom. Ms. Filiz was very kind. It was very helpful in every sense. The house is as in the photos. There is also a sweet garden entrance. If you have a car, it is close to everywhere. You can go to Taşdibi beach in 8 minutes by car. It is 10 minutes to the port where you will go for a boat tour. You wake up with the sound of a rooster in the morning. If you are expecting a peaceful and calm holiday due to what you expect from vacation, it is a nice place. It is a great experience for families
