The location of this unit cannot be beat. It's a short walk to virtually all of the monuments, museums, White House, and the Capitol Building. The unit was spotless, everything worked, and the building has some great amenities like a pool and exercise rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to use this unit in this location for another trip to downtown Washington DC. The available parking, in the building, makes it a great spot to just leave your car and spend the rest of your trip on foot.

Great location, convenient to the parks, great restaurants, and shopping at the outlets. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. We particularly loved the adult only pool! The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable! The host, Igor, was quick to respond, accommodating, and sincerely honest and genuine in communcation. He wants you to enjoy his place and that makes all the difference! We will do this again next year!

We stayed Thursday-Sunday and had a wonderful time. This Airbnb was probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We arrived via train and walked from the station (20 minutes) to bnb and took an Uber on our way back. Both super swift and efficient. We used the LIME scooters mostly to get around (10-20 minutes ride to museums) and it was super convenient that we were able to park them right beside the bnb. The space was super airy, natural light, and felt very safe -with a code to get into the building and another to get into the apartment. We felt super welcomed by 4 waters in the fridge for us as well. A few cons that are not deal breaker but good to take note of -Lower water pressure -Noisy street (dogs, traffic, city noise) but a sound maker may drain a lot of that out -WiFi connectivity was hard for us (but we did not inquire about it either) -Noisy washer/dryer -but it works well and was so amazing to have!

What a gem! So close to the beach & boardwalk. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Homey touches. Kitchen was well stocked with basics. Outside area was a delight. Spa-like music. A fire pit. Bikes to use, beach carts, games. And PET FRIENDLY! Already planning next year!!!

Location and description was as advertised. Lots to do, so much that we were there a week and didn’t do everything. Every attraction on our list was within 20 minutes. Beautiful area and very quiet.

Absolutely fantastic location if you’re in DC for all the prime tourist spots and amazing restaurants! Great place, only downside is getting inside the actual building after 6:30pm (to check-in) is basically a no go. Thank god a resident happened to come and let us in as they came inside otherwise I don’t really know how you’re expected to get inside to check-in. Otherwise its a good place for a weekend stay in a great location.

Very great and attentive staff! Was quite small but honestly I didn’t really look at the pictures much. Had a beach view, and was 2 minutes from the boardwalk and there were so many stores to explore. I personally really enjoyed it.

I had an amazing experience staying at this home. From the moment I booked, the host was responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful—providing clear check-in instructions. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the little touches—like fresh towels and coffee—made it feel like home. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to several great restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I’d absolutely book here again. Highly recommend!

From what I seen on the Airbnb app the place wasn’t what I expected granted yes the place was clean very private and close to so many activities and restaurants just the size of the place wasn’t fully described

Modern comfort in an ideal location. Easy walk to Eastern Market, shops on 8th, and the metro. Good access for driving, too. Took a nice stroll to the Capitol & Supreme Court, and a short cab ride to the cool new space at Union Market. I thought being on Penn Ave would be noisy but on a warm and clear weekend in May, there was almost no street noise. The space is well laid out, building is easy. This would be a fine place to spend a longer time, if I needed to be in DC. Paul sent me details early and responded quickly every time we had an exchange.

this is the second year we are staying at joes airbnb and it was perfect. everything we needed and very close to beach, bars and restaurants! we will be back next year!

The place was exactly as described, in a pretty convenient location close to DC. For 3 adult guys, it was a little small, but we made it work. Considering that it was the memorial day weekend, the price was hard to beat.

Very nice place . Clean , modern and bright. Views are not good due to location. Prompt responses from host . Easy check in. Tip: get the parking ! it’s convenient , secure and great !
