My mom, sisters, friends and I enjoyed a relaxing fun filled time at the Coastal Oasis at the Chesapeake for our Mother's Day Retreat. The view is amazing and truly can be seen from every room in the house! Being able to see the beauty and calmness of the water helped each of us kick back and let the stress melt away. The big dinning room table allowed all of us all to enjoy breakfasts, dinners and touching conversations together. My guests loved the décor and raved about every detail. The beds and furniture were comfortable and house clean. I would definitely come back!

Creek Retreat is a perfect place to kick back and relax. Surrounded by nature, a private oasis. The space is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Added amenities and attention to details elevate the experience. Enjoy kayaking and sitting by the fire. Georgia is a great hostess and is proactive and responsive. A great stay on the river. The kitchen was well equipped and the rest of the house was comfortable. The screened in porch and access to the dock/beach/river was our favorite part. Our dogs were in HEAVEN. The location is rather remote, so recommend bringing any food you'll want as there are no close stores or restaurants.

The home is beautiful and Matt is an awesome host! Made traveling with our infant much easier.

My family and I stayed here for a week for our family vacation. We are a group of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. We barely left the house because with the beautiful view, dock, beach area, canoe, kayaks, hot tub, game room/ library, corn hole, and fire pit we all had plenty to keep us entertained. Everyone loved Mary & Shelly’s place, and it provided the perfect space for us to enjoy the river and each other’s company!

We had such a wonderful stay at Lisa and Jay’s beautiful carriage house in Lewes, DE! The cottage and the surrounding grounds were absolutely stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. From the moment we arrived, Lisa and Jay were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making us feel right at home on their property. It’s clear they’ve put so much care into creating a space that’s both comfortable and memorable. We would absolutely visit again and would love the chance to spend more time hanging out with them—they’re truly lovely hosts! Highly recommended.

We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s and this one is our favorite! The house is absolutely beautiful inside. You really only need to bring clothes. Melissa has every toiletry and kitchen equipment available and then some! The beds are very comfortable. The pier and views are perfect! Highly recommend Island Time!!

Cute and cozy! I felt right at home. Jordan and Danny are very nice folks, the apartment is very well appointed. There is a dock on the property that I should have spent more time on. The bed was a dream to sleep in and I literally overslept my alarm the first day. You will definitely need a car to get around but the apartment is a 3min drive to Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. The neighborhood has a homey feel and the apartment has a homey feel which was my jam. My dog had a little accident but I got some carpet cleaner and let Jordan know and she was very understanding. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Kent Island.

We will definitely be back is the best endorsement. Quiet basement space that is in a safe and accessible neighborhood- one bed, living room, kitchen with induction stove, bathroom and cute dining area. Private entrance through the side gate with flood lights making late check in safe and easy. The owner is extremely responsive and lives upstairs but you barely hear anything. It had everything we needed and more. Internet connection was not lightening fast but you can still get online.

Tom's place on the bay side was very nice. Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony and our lab loved laying in the sun. No problems with checking in, tv/cell reception was great, and we even walked up to local restaurant. The beach is also within walking distance. Tom responded back quickly with any questions I had. The condo was very clean and decorated with a beachy vibe. Check it out!

Joyce has done a phenomenal job with this lake house. Everything has been thought through. The house actually looks even better than the pictures. You can tell a lot of thought went into the decor. And it is super clean. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything you would need ant home or away. Ample seasoned fire wood and starter sticks makes using their MASSIVE fire pit a breeze. The best part is she gives you access to both of their docks and you will not have to take your boat or kayak out of the water once. We kayak fished Johnson’s and Lacey’s with ease from her house. 100% coming back to stay again.

We were the first ones to use the Cottage following the kitchen remodel. The new open floor plan is very attractive with beautiful views of the creak and Chesapeake Bay throughout most of the house. My wife is a chef so we cook most of our meals and the new kitchen was quite workable for all dishes great and small. Shawn was attentive as needed and even furnished us with pictures of the culinary equipment there, so we knew exactly what to bring. The area is quaint and quiet but there are lots of quality restaurants nearby, and Annapolis is a only short drive away. The Cottage feels like the perfect place to stay and write the great American novel or compose a symphony.

Beautiful, peaceful spot to relax on Sunset Lake! Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance or a short drive and this is the pefect place to unwind after being out for the day. Watching sunsets or reading on the balcony was the way we chose to spend our evenings! Everything matched the description and Paul was very helpful and responsive.

Keith’s water view cottage is so beautiful and peaceful. My husband and I had a lovely long weekend stay with our little dog. Even with the storms that passed through the bay we felt extremely safe and cozy throughout our stay. Keith was very responsive and flexible with checkin /checkout. Would definitely stay again!! We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and relaxing—perfect for unwinding, even on the rainy days we had. The space was beautiful, cozy and calm. Gina was a great host—very responsive and proactive in checking in to make sure everything was going well.

Our stay in Tall Timbers was fabulous, much of it thanks to the care, detailed information, and lovely accommodations provided by our host, Robert. He communicated extremely well through the whole process from booking to check out. Nothing was a mystery and everything was as described or better. The house is charming and in a lovely wooded location. it's isolated but close to many amenities and short drive to historical attractions, local businesses, and the beautiful Maryland coast. We had a particularly wonderful visit to the Tall Timbers Oyster Ranch which is walking distance from the house. We highly recommend this location and send our thanks once again to Robert for his outstanding hospitality!
