Wisteria Treehouse is an elevated camping structure designed to imerse you in nature. The lower deck hosts a 13' bell tent with cots and camp matresses. Being off the ground keeps the tent drier and invites a nice breeze. The Treehouse itself is a renovated hunting blind turned into a sheltered spot relax and take in the view. Roxy our a 5th wheel RV is located just as you're coming up the lane on the left, nestled in between the greenhouse and the shed. We are an operating farm and homestead so come have an experience. We are directly on Chipmans Pond Spillway. One of several fishing ponds within just 5 miles. And not to exclude the Nanticoke and The Chesapeake bay within several miles. We have an onsite fish cleaning station and room for boats/trailers. Also located close to Delmar and Georgetown Dirt Track Races.

You get a Jacuzzi, AC, a private-entrance bathroom (both in the main house 400 yards away), washer/dryer, a stove and fridge and beach accessories. Spa and bathroom may be shared with other guests. This 13-foot “little camper that can" is pet-friendly. The camper itself sleeps two. Two more can sleep in the roomy, screened gazebo, with sleeping bags and sleeping pads we can provide.

The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

Beyond Glamping! Try van life in our 2020 Ford Coachman Beyond . The van is parked on our property tucked on a private patio setting. Our guests have the use of all the amenities of the backyard which includes a hottub, firepit, hammock, outdoor shower, a smoker/gas grill and a chill sitting area under a sail with lights. We are close to tons of fun stuff. Beaches, boardwalks, parks, restaurants! We are located 7 miles to Bethany Beach and a half mile to Salted Vines Vineyard.

Come, relax, in our glamorous camper, which is all set up for your enjoyment! It’s nestled in our cozy private lot with a spectacular view of a beautiful bamboo grove! Enjoy rocking in the chairs while roasting some marshmallows over the fire or use our propane grill to sear a steak to perfection! Escape every day life and take a stroll through the beautiful bamboo grove. We are only 20 minutes from downtown Annapolis and 45 Minutes from Washington D.C and the National Harbor.

Cozy RV on the River

Kick up your feet, relax by the water and soak in the sounds of nature! The views of the Wye River from the dock and our man-made beach are absolutely beautiful and peaceful! WiFi is not available. We recommend a personal hotspot, such as a mobile phone, if you require the internet. The outdoor pool is closed indefinitely. There is a 4-person raft and a 2-person inflatable kayak available, for an additional $22 per day. Both require PRIOR APPROVAL and a WAIVER to utilize.
