Great lakeside gem in the Catskills and just about 15 mins from attractions like Bethel Woods, restaurants in Jeffersonville, Callicoon and Livingstonmanor. Enjoyed our stay in this private retreat with hot tub, fire pit and kayaks. Look forward to visiting again.

It all blends together to create a space that feels both stylish and deeply personal. The fireplace is a centerpiece—warm, inviting, and stocked with enough firewood to last all summer. This isn’t just a house—it’s a welcoming home. You can feel the care and intention behind every detail. Located just 15 minutes from Bethel Woods, it’s the ideal escape from NYC. I can’t wait to return.

First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. We rented the house to celebrate my birthday, its was peaceful, calm and just relaxing. The house itself has charm of an old farm house. Very bright, with great details of a old house that was billed in 1912. The little mystery there, who is the man on the big portrait. ;)) Comfortable furnishings, all to our liking. The host is incredible. Flexible check in hours, host responded with minutes, everything was ready and working. Its was incredible stay! Will recommend this to our friends and family!!! We had an amazing stay! The house is beautifully decorated and feels so welcoming. The view is absolutely stunning, and the privacy made it feel like a true retreat. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, highly recommend!

We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

This was my second stay at Rob’s place, and once again it was a great experience. The house, tucked away in the Green Ridge area of Scranton, is quiet, charming, and full of character. It has that cozy, old-home feel that’s both welcoming and comfortable. Rob is a very attentive host—quick to respond and clearly thoughtful about making sure everything goes smoothly. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family at this location. Everything was clean and comfy with lovely, peaceful surroundings. Since the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the gazebo and pool area which our children especially enjoyed. The host was extremely responsive and courteous and also offered some excellent recommendations for restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit the area in the future!

The brick house at Eagle Ridge Farm was a great home base for us to spend a long weekend in the Catskills. The place was well kept, with a comfy bed, and a great view out the windows. Scenic, but only a few minutes from Arkville and Margaretville, where there are great options for food and drink! We were also recommended great hikes by the host. Would happily stay again!

Donna was a great host and gave very clear instructions. The lectures match the description perfectly and it is a wonderful little spot to spend a few nights in.

Both Patrick and his apartment are wonderful! His place is our absolute first choice while visiting Warwick. The apartment is always spotless, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the living area is spectacular. We saw a menagerie of backyard wildlife this trip, including deer, bunnies, chipmunks, woodchucks, squirrels, and a whole host of different birds. And the apartment is easily walkable to everything the village has to offer. Patrick is a really kind human and we love chatting with him. We’re big fans!

Great place in walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Esther was very communicative and had everything stocked that one might need. Five Stars!!!

What a great little studio for a Birthday get away trip to Bethel Woods concerts, etc. Relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning or a nightcap after your days activities. 2 restaurants within a 100 yards, the Tap n Table was excellent with really Friendly staff. Must have breakfast at least once at Bethel Market Cafe, the Best! All this less than 15 minutes in any direction. I would like to come back in the Summer to take advantage of the Lake activities. Wonderful stay!

The house is very cozy and beautiful and very close to the downtown where there are a plenty of good coffee shops and places to eat. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. They treated us to free coffee at their nearly Korean coffee place. I highly recommend

The Waterfall Casita was beautiful, well equipped, clean and offered lots of privacy. The view to the waterfall was breathtaking. Perfect to relax, connect with nature and get a break from the daily hustle. Would’ve loved to stay longer! We were able to cook meals without any difficulties, the fridge though small was more than plenty of room for the essentials we brought. Jenn was kind, available and communicated quickly without disrupting the peace and privacy. The information about local places and instructions were clear and helpful. Would love to stay again!

What a wonderful stay we had! The place is gorgeous, peaceful and very well done. I wished we stayed longer.

My wife and I enjoyed Johanna’s cozy cabin very much. It was very warm and tidy and it was easy to get around to attractions nearby. We loved hanging out by the fire and watching DVDs and using the well-appointed kitchen. A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is comfortable and decorated thoughtfully. It was a pleasure to enjoy the views of the river and to take in the natural setting.

Such an awesome spot! BUT note this is a glampsite rather than a full house. The toilet is an outhouse (very clean, but make sure to duck to not hit your head), the shower is heated but it's outdoor, I didn't have soap or towels provided that I saw, and the bed is a tri-fold mattress that folds out onto the floor of the little A-frame. The wood fire hot tub was amazing, the fire pit is nice, there are two chairs included, parking is easy, there is good quality firewood here but bring something to light it with and start the burn. The sound of the running water is worth every penny. The cabin also is heated via some sort of gas, which does a great job and making the space feel cozy but I woke up with a pretty good sore throat. Not sure if that is a coincidence or if from the heater. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Just make sure the less earthy people in your group are not expecting a hotel room/house.

The place was great! Nicely secluded and peaceful to spend a weekend at. William was a great host and quickly cleared some trees in the driveway that fell during some windy weather.

Amazing stay with incredible amenities! The house was super clean and spotless upon arrival. Beautiful property - you won’t want to leave! The host is super accommodating and provides thorough instructions for the amenities. Wonder is a thoughtful host and prepares you with all the tools/info you need to make your stay perfect. We used all three of the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna - it’s an immaculate setup. It rained most of our stay and the amenities kept us happily preoccupied all weekend.
