First Stavros was a stellar host. Proactive in communication and always responsive. Very attentive, we had one small interruption with the wifi that he promptly addressed before we even noticed! The house property is absolutely stunning and gorgeous, peaceful, spacious, very beautiful. The house has everything well stocked. Kitchen had plenty. I can't find one thing to comment that isn't positive. We all enjoyed ourselves to the max. The most enjoyable was the three walls full of windows that made the thunderstorms so beautiful to watch in the living room. The little stream in the back so pleasant to sit silently. Jordan’s home was breathtaking. The views were spectacular and the neighborhood was quiet. The home was nice and clean and was enough space for me and my friends. Jordan was great to communicate with and left clear instructions for us for check-out. She gave local recommendations and I am thankful she did as Jensen’s Ledges was out of this world. I would definitely stay here again in the future. It was worth every penny and more!

This was a second stay at Chris's place because our family so enjoyed it the first time. Interestingly, our grandkids remembered it but had a completely different experience as they are older. This time they were old enough to enjoy the kayaks and paddle boards on Lake Huntington! And now there are foosball tournaments! We shared meals, campfire, games and laughs. A wonderful retreat for either solo or a couple’s weekend. I felt right at home. If you’re looking to have a movie night during your stay I suggest downloading content prior to arrival. Internet service is available but it’s a bit slow. Otherwise enjoy this quiet, reflective and cozy space. It’s worth it!!

Lovely, gracious, beautifully-decorated house. There's plenty of space -- it's bigger than the pictures make it look -- and everything was very comfortable. Leah was extremely responsive and made sure we were happy. - In a rainy May, it's less "trails" and more "trackless woodland" - You'll want to bring your own matches and containers for leftover food, but there are plenty of plates etc. for a big group. - I was worried that the road would be disruptive, but it still feels very secluded; aside from a few trucks Monday morning, I barely noticed it. We had a great time, and the area is beautiful!

Perfect place for a long weekend with our family. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and an absolutely beautiful location. Right on the water with access to multiple kayaks. Very peaceful setting with easy access to nearby towns like Monticello and White Lake.

The house was great! Cool setup, nice outdoor space, felt secluded and away from the road. Couldn’t really ask for much more for what we were looking for! Hosts were also very responsive in answering any questions. Would come back again!

This A-frame escape was exactly what I needed — the perfect break from the city. The place is beautifully designed, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. The jacuzzi was absolutely incredible, especially under the stars at night, and the A-frame structure made the whole stay feel like a peaceful retreat.

The Hideout was such an amazing place to stay and the A Frame was exactly what we were hoping for. It had everything we needed and Samantha was very communicative the whole time. A perfect weekend with the toddler and the dog!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

What a great experience! The Woodside A-Frame is a beautifully designed house, built with love and care, and it shows. Our family couldn't have asked for a better time. We had a wonderful time at Eric's place. If fit our family of four and our two little dogs perfectly. We went to Bethel, NY to see a concert at teh Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. It was only a 20 min. drive. The people in town and nearby towns were very friendly. I highly recomend Eric's place. I don't think you can find a better place to stay in the area.

It was a wonderful stay in such a cute town! We really appreciated the fact that it was pet friendly! My boyfriend especially loved the shampoo and conditioner that was in the shower- he said it smelled incredible. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable. The power ended up going out (while we were at the wedding reception!) and Susanne was proactive and reached out to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and would love to stay again when the time comes!

We rented the house to celebrate my birthday, its was peaceful, calm and just relaxing. The house itself has charm of an old farm house. Very bright, with great details of a old house that was billed in 1912. The little mystery there, who is the man on the big portrait. ;)) Comfortable furnishings, all to our liking. The host is incredible. Flexible check in hours, host responded with minutes, everything was ready and working. Its was incredible stay! Will recommend this to our friends and family!!! We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

The cottage was the perfect weekend getaway. It was super cozy and the outdoor space was awesome. Everything was very clean and tidy. Randy was responsive and left great recommendations for us. The cottage is a close drive to many towns with great coffee, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed 3 days with my husband, 2 teens and dog. We had a fabulous stay! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Private & secluded but close to town. Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Lots of space for our dog to run. We enjoyed beautiful views with a rainbow one day and loved the fire pit. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb rentals and this might very well be our favorite one. Upstate Place was a great home, clean, comfortable and easy to get around. They also had baby gears which was a huge plus for us. I would recommend the place to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Campbell Place. The house was well appointed and extremely clean. The screened in porch was a highlight - we spent most of our time out there while at the house. Trekking into the woods and down to the creek was also really fun, especially for our dog. There was some noise from trucks and cars on the road, but it was typically very peaceful with the sounds of the creek a constant. Also loved being so close to Callicoon with it's shops and restaurants. Jennifer was a terrific host and we wouldn't hesitate staying at one of her properties in the future.
