Vacation rentals with a patio in Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Amazing Stay with Wonderful Hosts! My stay at Guari and Suhana’s place was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Guari and Suhana were incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Silmiya & Hashir were fantastic hosts - they facilitated our checkin when our flight landed at 2:30am, meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. The apartment itself is gorgeous and has a great view of the lotus tower with the infinity pool below it. The bedrooms and bathrooms are really clean and nicely decorated, it’s a really pleasant place to stay. Fantastic location, next to Gangaramaya Temple & Colombo City Centre mall, Tuk tuks/cars easily available for fair prices to other places in the city which are in general within 10 minutes. They also gave us some recommendations and helped us with a bit of an incident that happened to us, giving us advice and pointing us to friends they had for better information. Really great hosts, with a great apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you ☺️

Nice 1-bed-room apartment, good homely feel (but also private as it has a separate entrance and the host doesn't intrude - but is also responsive and contactable if you need anything) and suitable for a solo traveller, couple, or even family with a young child. Nice bedroom, comfy living room space and kitchen (with a table that doubles duty as an extended food prep area and dining table). Only the bedroom has A/C (other spaces have fans) which might be an issue if it's a warm day and you plan to stay in, but would expect that most people who book a stay here will be out during the day anyway, so it's not really an issue. peaceful quiet neighbourhood but urban necessities are accessible within a kilometre which is quite nice.

Top appartment, we would love to come again!

We were extremely lucky to secure Umendra’s beautiful apartment for our stay. Her sister was there to receive us on arrival,show us in and guide us through till we settled in. She was there at hand to give us the local know how. Cinnamon Suites at Cinnamon life has a rooftop garden with breathtaking views of the sea and the city. There is a good swimming pool with amazing views of the Lotus tower. We couldn’t extend out stay because the accommodation was in demand. We would have loved to stay there longer. We highly recommend upendra’s two bedroom apartment.

Amazing apartment in the luxury area of Colombo. It had everything we needed to get used to the new time zone and explorer the city of Colombo. I had to work as well with made it a great place with the good WiFi and comfortable setup. Definitely would book this place again!

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This is a newly built, beautiful and modern little place conveniently located very close to Homagama town. The surrounding is peaceful and private. The host was solid and very responsive. He was very attentive and flexible and tends to your needs. The house is comfortable and beautiful and fitted with all the amenities needed. Highly recommend this place!

Second time staying here coz it’s the best place in Colombo. Feels like home, fully equipped kitchen. No traffic noise and just peaceful, but still so close to everything 10mins walk away

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

My family and I spent a few days at this stunning place. The property is larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We were blown away! I was occupied with bird watching in the morning and afternoon. The view is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The place is perfectly located if you are looking for a peaceful place that feels remote in Colombo. You can get Tuks or taxis to get you to Galle Face or other parts of Colombo. If you are looking to stay in Malabe or Battaramulla - this is unbeatable. We enjoyed the proximity to my wife’s family. Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

we six stayed at this apartment for 10 days. It was amazing, clean, well furnished as well as good responsive host and caretaker(Mr.Thiago). there is no con except a non air-conditioned room which was not mentioned in description clearly. If I visit colombo in future then I'll prefer to stay here again.

The stay at this apartment was great all around! The location is ideal – in just 2–3 minutes' walk you can reach the beach, and in the other direction you can quickly reach the city. Restaurants, shopping and public transport are all very close. The train stops right outside the front door, and with Uber you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes. The apartment itself is quiet, especially at night, which ensures a restful sleep. Check-in went completely smoothly, and communication with Shiffan was easy and pleasant at all times. A real highlight was the balcony – sitting there in the evening and looking out over the water was pure luxury. I highly recommend this place – we felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.
