Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal and safe neighborhood. I had a wonderful stay at Santhush’s property. The location is excellent, and the space itself is spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Santhush was an exceptional host—friendly, approachable, and very responsive throughout my visit. He was also flexible and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special mention to Tony, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and supportive. His warm and attentive approach added great value to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The location is excellent central and convenient for everything we needed. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, stylish, and very well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all the basic amenities were thoughtfully provided. We especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the apartment. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the 51st floor it truly took our breath away! The pool area felt like our own private oasis, and our kids absolutely loved spending time there every day. A big thank you to our host, Sangeeth, and his team. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely love to come back again soon!

We stayed at Hemashanthi Latha’s villa for two days, and from the very first moment, we were impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the aunt who took care of us. Initially, we were a bit confused about the location, but she kindly came all the way to the main road to pick us up. She welcomed us with tea and water bottles, which was a thoughtful gesture after our travel. The villa itself was even better than we expected—comfortable, clean, and truly gave us the feeling of being in a cozy, local Sri Lankan home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, especially for couples looking for a peaceful, authentic experience in Sri Lanka.

My partner and I enjoyed a 6-week stay at Edward’s elegant central Colombo apartment. The apartment is the perfect place to base yourself while exploring historic Colombo. It’s completely self contained, very private, and tastefully decorated with beautiful furniture. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to create a home away from home - including a generous sized kitchen, linens, laundry and a large dining table (perfect for remote work). Edward lives downstairs and is readily available to help if needed - or equally happy to leave you to your own devices. The apartment is located just a short walk from supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the famous Viharamahadevi Park. There’s a pickle ball court just around the corner, at the Austrian Embassy, after which you can cool off in the air conditioned bar at the Cricket Club. We felt completely at home and were left wanting for nothing. We’ve recommended his place to our own family and friends.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was modern and spotless. The view of Colombo city was breathtaking. The apartment looked exactly as the pictures. The front desk staff could be trained better when checking in. There’s no Microwave, kettle, hairdryer nor clothing iron which would have made our stay much more convenient. There were no complimentary water bottles which was a bit disappointing. Overall it was a good stay.

I really love this apartment mainly because of these 3 reasons, the host, the apartment and the location. Charith was a very understanding and accomodating host as he prepared all the items in the apartment which I required. He was very responsive to all the messages that I sent him. Secondly, the apartment was equipped with all the important amenities which were required by a working expat like me. I felt that I was at home because I can cook, sleep well, watching movies, exercising in the gym and attend to my laundry. The apartment was located in a very strategic location in the Colombo city centre where there were 4 grocery stores, a shopping mall, restaurants, hospitals and also in the hub of the commercial area. One of the most memorable event that took place in this location was the grand celebration of Wesak, which there was stage performance, free distribution of food, snack and tea, elephant and Buddha statue parade & procession. If I come again to Colombo, I will stay here
