Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.

This cabin is located on the shore of beautiful Lake Holly. It includes a kitchen/ dining room, living room, full bathroom, laundry room, a large bedroom, and one additional small bedroom. The large bedroom has a queen and a twinXL bed; and the small bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has three couches. Washer, dryer included. On the porch there is a charcoal grill; and there is a picnic table on a deck on the ground at the other end of the cabin. Wifi internet available.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to spread out. Less than 5 minutes from Ponce de Leon Spring State park. Only 10 minutes to get to Vortex Springs or Morrison Springs. Drive 45 minutes to the beautiful white sand beaches in Panama City beach, or Grayton beach in Santa Rosa. Make yourself at home and rest and reset in a country atmosphere. We look forward to hosting you. PET FEE is $25. NO CLEANING FEE. This Airbnb is behind our home, where we live.
