Vacation rentals with a home theater in Decentralized Administration of Crete

Εξαιρετικό. Απλό αλλά διακοσμημένο με γούστο και φινέτσα. Η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Πεντακάθαρο. Υπήρχαν γλυκίσματα για το καλωσόρισμα. Αν και μείναμε μόνο δύο μέρες, υπήρχαν στην ντουλάπα περισσότερες πετσέτες και σεντόνια. Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να αναφερθούμε στον μελετημένο, άψογο αισθητικά και απόλυτα λειτουργικό (ακόμα και μέσα στη ντουλάπα) φωτισμό. Εύκολα προσβάσιμο και πολύ κοντά σε παραλία, πλατεία και μαγαζιά. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Η Σητεία είναι μέρος που επισκεπτόμαστε συχνά, οπότε ανυπομονούμε να επιστρέψουμε. Συγχαρητήρια για το διαμάντι που δημιουργήσατε.

Excellent apartment and really helpful the parking space. The place is 10mins via car to Chania centre and very quiet. Will stay again in the forthcoming visits !!! Thank you very much !

το διαμέρισμα ήταν παρά πολύ όμορφο προσεγμένο και πολύ καθαρό ..διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειαζόταν από εξοπλισμό Ευχάριστη προσθήκη το Netflix .. Ήταν παρά πολύ κοντά στην στάση του λεωφορείου όπου μπορούσες να πας στο κέντρο της πόλης και σε πολλές παραλίες ..επίσης υπήρχαν αρκετά μαγαζιά όπου μπορούσες να ψωνίσεις όπως φούρνοι σούπερ μαρκετ καφετέριες και για φαγητό .. Υπήρχε πάντα διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ κάτι που ήταν πολύ καλό για εμάς .. Η Ευα ήταν πολύ φιλική και επικοινωνιακή απαντούσε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μας Ευχαρίστως θα επιστρέφαμε του χρόνου να μείνουμε ξανά

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était parfait. L’appartement est propre et bien équipé. Panos était très à l’écoute et réactif. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful oasis in Agia Pelagia, and it was a delightful experience. The location is fantastic—just a few minutes' walk from the beach, numerous tavernas, and a mini-market. This made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the local cuisine and pick up any essentials at a moment's notice. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The WiFi was also excellent, which the kids very much appreciated! Additionally, you can park your car in the yard, which added to the overall convenience. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He even had a bottle of wine to welcome us on arrival and gave us local souvenirs when we left! Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and beauty of Agia Pelagia.

Lovely place, close to the beach 🏝️

This beautiful and delightful villa is a delight right in the heart of Ponormis. the house is extensive has lovely views of the Sea of Crete. Beds were very comfortable. all amenities provided. a beautiful basket of fruit and wine we found in our fridge which was so sweet. Ponormos has excellent restaurants. No need to go to Rethymnos. food Shops and local bakery across the street. we went to the fish restaurant to the right of the main beach and was incredible if you love really fresh fish. We also went to Kastro where we had amazing goat stew. All the restaurants are good there though. Villa was filled with nature where swallow danced around the veranda at dusk. Pavlina was a delight to have as our host. very helpful and warm. Thank you Pavlina.

Η villa Greenera ήταν καταπληκτική ! Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας ήταν όλα τέλεια και η φιλοξενία φανταστική. Σίγουρα θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε !!

We felt privileged to stay in this lovely characterful home with its huge rooms and rustic charm. We had everything we needed to enjoy our week's stay there: the beds were comfortable, the house well-equipped and the views from the terrace to the sea lovely. There's a good taverna nearby. You could walk, but it's uphill all the way back and the weather was hot during our visit. The roads were challenging for our small underpowered hire car, but do-able. The pay-off is the peace and ruggedly beautiful scenery.

The villa was exactly what we hoped for - private, quiet (except for the lovely goats!) and spacious. House is well laid out with two bedrooms (one large bed each) on top floor, one bedroom (twin beds), kitchen, and living area on main floor, and remaining two bedrooms in the well-appointed basement. House is silent at night due to thick stone walls and floors. Shutters keep all light out when needed. Location was perfect - 20 min walk from nearest small village with several taverns, 10-15 min drive from a larger town with butcher, baker, coffee, groceries. Easy drive to all parts of the beautiful areas surrounding Rethymno (note: follow the host’s excellent directions and do not trust google maps! If you turn left out of the main gate instead of right, it is not a through road!) Hosts were informative, helpful and responsive to questions. We had no problems, loved our stay, and would definitely come again.

The house was beautiful as well as the surroundings! Very secluded and private. The pool area is amazing and so relaxing. The house is remote from Heraklion and Chania. So if you are wanting a lot of shopping and nightlife, then I would stay closer to the city. If you want a quiet getaway this your place! Vincent has a full welcome guide with shops, restaurants, and other places to go in the local area. Lots of small towns close by to explore. The Lamb House(restaurant) was a highlight of the local places to eat.

We had an amazing time at Dimitrios house. The house is beautiful and the service from Dimitrios was fantastic. As a family of 10 of us, we would definitely recommend this place. The house exceeded our expectations and Dimitrios was kind, generous and super helpful. If you visit Chania, Greece, you’ll want to stay at this house-you won’t find a better place!

Had a nice time and enjoyed the nice apartment with my wife and kids, very close to everything Paleochora has to offer!

We were a group of three friends looking for a comfortable place centrally located to spend 4 nights and we found Theokliti's apartment. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Herakleio, right next to the bus stops, cafes, restaurants, the shopping area, the Archaeological Museum and the Georgiadis Park. The rooms are big, clean and the entire apartment was fully furnished and decorated. The furniture is a mixture of modern and antique pieces. The entire place is exactly as in the photos and very clean. Communication with the hosts was easily and timely. The check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. We were even allowed to check in a few hours earlier than normally allowed. We had a very comfortable stay in Theokliti's apartment, would definitely request to stay there again if we ever re-visit Herakleio and definitely highly recommend it to anybody who wants super comfortable, well equipped and furnished space with all the major amenities.

Εμειναν οι γονεις μου για μια βδομαδα και ο Σπύρος με βοήθησε σε οτι χρειάστηκε!Ηταν εκει στην άφιξη τους ενημερωσε για τα παντα και τους επετρεψε να αφησουν το σπιτι αργότερα απο την ωρα του check out.Το σπιτι ηταν οπως στις φωτογραφίες και ειχε τα παντα.
