Beautiful detached family villa near Amsterdam

Spacious detached villa with large sunny garden around the house. Our house is really a paradise in the charming village of Abcoude, close to Amsterdam. Our house is located in the old town and you can walk to shops and restaurants in no time. In our garden you will find an oasis of tranquility. Fruit trees, grass to play or rest, lounge and dining areas in the shade and a river with swimming jetty in front of the door provide cooling. With 4 bedrooms and a large luxury bathroom, our house is suitable for families.

Villa with great views on private lake with wildlife. Direct access to historic river De Vecht. Stand alone property with 3,000 sqm, 20 min. from both Amsterdam as well as Utrecht. Close to historic villages of Breukelen ('Brooklyn..') and Loenen aan de Vecht. Unique surroundings with lots of water and many historic mansions. Biking, hiking, boating, and golf. Plenty of good or even excellent restaurants, and culture like musea, concert halls, and theaters in both Amsterdam and Utrecht.

The village is very central, close to the cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht (20 mins by car), yet located in the green heart of the Netherlands near the lakes of Loosdrecht, perfect for watersports, cycling and walking in the green surroundings. Lovely restaurants in Loenen.
