Outside is a wooden dining table, for the children there is a trampoline, the house is child-friendly. The house is within walking distance of the city center with shops and restaurants. The train station is 1 km away. In half an hour, you can reach Amsterdam by train. Within 20 minutes, you can cycle to the beach. Groups of young people under 20 are not allowed.

Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Op ons kleine vakantiepark gelegen middenin het op 1 na grootste tulpengebied van Nederland en op steenworp afstand van badplaats Callantsoog met haar goed toegankelijke stranden kom je hier helemaal tot rust. Met voldoende speelgelegenheid op het erf voor de kinderen en ontzettend veel activiteiten in de regio voor jong en oud hoef je je eenmaal uitgerust absoluut niet te vervelen. Zeezand ligt op een echte fietslocatie.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. All the way in the back of the Villaparc Duynopgangh in Julianadorp, you will find our vacation home. Overlooking the dunes and the bulb fields, where the swans swim along the ditch in summer. We have been happy to come here with our children for years and rent out our house from time to time. You will therefore find private items such as a cart, games, bicycles, body boards and many books. Feel free to enjoy our lovely vacation home.
