This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Our chalet is located on the edge of the lively coastal village of De Koog. A chalet is a modern "mobile home", not a cottage. There is room for up to 4 people. It is not suitable for families with very young children or baby's. A small but complete holiday home. The chalet has its own parking space and garden. The bus stops nearby and facilities are within walking distance. The access road (50 km/h) to and from the village is 25m from the chalet. Price per night excludes tourist tax.

Good WiFi, smart TV, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, milk frother, kettle, fridge, combi microwave and kitchenette (no cooking facilities). Gourmet, wok, etc. are not allowed. Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Cozy Pipo with hot tub & swing on the water

Romantic stay with a view from your bed on the water and a 2-person swing. From the love-seat you can watch TV or the fireplace (heating) and you have it cozy in the winter or you can sit outside on the terrace by the water in the summer to daydream, read or play games. Hot tub, kayak or 2 SUP boards can be booked. There are also bicycles, which you can borrow for free. The bathroom is 1 step outside the pipo and all for you.
