This sweet home was perfect for my family. I can't express just how much we enjoyed Phyllis' home. It was so nice and clean and quite comfortable. Knowing it was once her parent's vacation home made it even more special. This home is located conveniently to EVERYTHING. I was so impressed with the neighborhood and neighbors. The houses are very well kept, and I was so surprised at how quiet it is. I just got home and I am already looking at the calendar to see when I can return.

The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

Beautiful and clean home, accurate description and great location. Perfect for those traveling with dogs. Lots of things to do and Ormand Beach is absolutely beautiful and super close to Daytona Beach. Definitely would recommend and will stay again next time we travel down there with our dogs.

Very spacious, affordable, quiet location. We were there during jeep week and the location was still quiet and not overcrowded on beach. The pool was also never overcrowded. Beautiful views, very relaxing vacation.

We had a great stay. Everything was as listed. Condo was decorated in a very nice, classy way. We had everything we needed. Parking, and access to beach and pool was easy. Would book there again.

This was a great place for our family of six. Host Lisa was great, responsive and attentive. The area had plenty of activities, stores and restrauants. Also used all the amenities from the game room to the available beach items for the beach. We would stay here again. Thank you again

The place was spotless and had a beautiful view. It looked exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and friendly. The only downside was there is only one car allowed to park on-site and while there was parking in a lot across the street there were tow away signs, making it very risky to park if you have more than one vehicle. This spot is ideal for a couple or family traveling together. The airbnb was very clean, bed and pull out were comfortable, and it was super easy to access. It was affordable and worth the price.

We have done a yearly beach trip since we got married 13 years ago. We now have a 4 year old and a 8 month old. This is the best place we have stayed in yet. The place was super nice and had everything you could possibly need for an incredible beach trip with or without kids. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Marj was a great and kind host. The apartment was everything youd need and well thought out. She was very communicative, accommodating and friendly to my small family and I.

The place was amazing it was a short 2 minute walk down stairs and across the pool patio the the ocean. Everything is within 5 miles of the room. The host and co host are very responsive. The price for the place is very reasonable with great views of the ocean.

An adorable little place with absolutely everything that we needed. Had dish soaps, laundry soaps, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I always hate getting to a place and then having to buy all of that stuff and not even put a dent in any of it. It was a relief that have a little bit of it all there!! The place was very clean and Jill was responsive! The only part that was terrible was trying to park in the spot in the garage! We had a small little car and it was awful trying to get into it. I can’t imagine having anything bigger!

We had the BEST weekend getaway here! Steve was an amazing host! Everything was easy & stress free & he made sure we had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable! (And I never say that! Slept amazing!) The view is unbelievable! Having morning coffee on that balcony was EXACTLY the ending to summer I was hoping for! The condos vibe & people were exactly the feel you pray for on vacation, super friendly, easy going, family friendly. The beach was perfect. Access perfect. Local perfect. The pool was the cherry on top. You can literally lay at the pool and listen to the ocean. It’s perfect. Elevators fast & never congested. Smart TV logged into tv accounts easily. Two separate rooms was so nice to keep sun out for sleeping. Would 10/10 stay again.

We have stayed in Julie’s place a couple times now and love it! She is a great hostess and is extremely responsive. We will be staying again in the future!!

the building itself is a little dated in the upstairs areas but the room itself is nice. they have extra amenities to enjoy the beach like boogey boards. there was extra lotion bandages, footballs, a whole bunch of random stuff to use. towels were provided, a good amount too. the only thing that was weird was I wasn't told about the parking g fee of 10 bucks a day or about having to take out the trash at the end before booking only after. it wasn't a huge deal but I wasn't aware. all and all it was a good place to stay at. and checking in wasn't that bad it was easy to find and get to.

The Airbnb was very clean and had a beautiful view and balcony. It felt spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Jennifer was a great host. She communicated well and the location was a perfect beach side location. We are excited to come back in the future :)

Wonderful hosts who take pride in providing a clean, comfortable rental. The moment you open the door, the place (212) smells fresh and clean. And the towels! They were amazingly fresh and clean!! Perfect place for a couple to enjoy the time near the beach and the Daytona Beach shops.
