Close to Flagler Avenue to the North where you can find local shops & restaurants. To the South is JB's Fish Camp where you can enjoy a tasty meal. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

New smart TVs in the main and interior guest rooms. WiFi available throughout unit. Balcony just painted. Pool open evenings and weekends until Thanksgiving due to painting project 10/13-11/10.

Come to enjoy the wonderful beach, one bedroom condo on the 1st floor at the Daytona Beach Resort. *Current Update: Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in 2022. All pools, pool deck, fitness room, sauna are closed until further notice. Beach access is available north side road. Tiki Bar and Restaurant are closed. There will be construction during 2024-2025 to the seawall and pool deck. Parking garage is closed parking is next door to the south side lot.
