Monthly Rentals in Daytona Beach Shores

Petri was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating! Ashley was awesome as well. The condo is very nice with subtle added touches. The view was amazing and the beach was not crowded! Both elevators work now and the pool and hot tub were great! We would definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay in South Daytona. Know the area pretty well so it was a trip down memory lane for us which we really enjoyed. Condo was quite dark on entry but there were two light bulbs missing which we quickly replaced. Not much to complain about apart from that. Made good use of the balcony most mornings then out all day after that. Sat out again in the evenings as we are outside people. Would recommend to anyone.

My stay at John’s place was Great. No complaints everything was clean and John responded right away to any questions I had. Well worth the money spent. I would definitely recommend staying at John’s place & hope to stay again in the future.

Our month long stay was very nice as the unit offered plenty of comfortable space. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and comfy beds. The view was wonderful and wide open for relaxing on the patio. Huge tv for great viewing of shows especially sports. An added convenience was a trash chute on every floor which is helpful as we are on the 7th floor. The indoor parking has wide spaces and well lit. We had a few minor issues which Lucas promptly responded and got taken care of.
