This tiny home was such a delightful surprise! It far exceeded my expectations—cozy, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything I needed for an extended stay. The thoughtful details Roderick and Ian incorporated into the space were truly impressive, creating a welcoming and comfortable retreat. I was in town for a wedding at Xavier and this place is literally steps away! It was very clean, bigger than expected, had everything I could possibly need. Also super nice this place has its own private parking area. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay around the campus! Last note, if anyone does have a car the sits low, be slightly cautions, the driveway is steep which causes scrapping between your car and the ground. That is not fault to the owners thought, just a heads up!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. It was located on a nice, quiet street within walking distance to some of our favorite spots.

When I’m headed to Cincinnati, this is my go-to. It is the perfect property for me and Eric handles everything warmly and professionally. I have probably stayed there a dozen times and always want to go back.

The neighborhood was equally lovely and walkable to great food, drinks, and local spots. George was an exceptional host and a genuinely kind person. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Cincinnati! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless and well-prepared. The highlight for me was definitely the bed — it was extremely comfortable, with soft pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. It truly felt like sleeping in a cloud after a long day of exploring the city. The host was responsive and kind, and the location was convenient to local restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, restful place to stay in Cincinnati.

Beautiful place to stay, it was perfect for me and my husband. It was close to everything which was so nice. It was a neat little neighborhood and we felt safe. Only downside is street parking, and no guarantee of there being parking by the house. But it wasn’t that bad, and the hosts had warned us beforehand. We would definitely recommend this place!!

Leah was ALWAYS quick to respond and has provided an amazing environment to relax and enjoy. The home was more than amazing and I can see why she gets such amazing reviews!!

We had a wonderful time staying here, kids loved the backyard amenities. The house had lots of little extras that were nice including spices, foil, coffee/creamer etc. The area around the house was run down but never felt unsafe when staying here, looks to be an area that is rebuilding. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Jennifer's industrial loft was fantastic! She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The space was incredibly clean, and we really appreciated the small touches like coffee creamer, decaf, plenty of detergent to wash our dirty clothes, and extra blankets easily accessible at night when we accidentally turned the air conditioner down too low at night! We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends!

So... Jennifer is a great host. The house is as described and is nice and clean. A few notes that are important if you are on the older side-- 1. There are stairs leading up-- the bottom one is starting to crumble a little so be careful. There is no railing on the stairs that lead to the basement and laundry-- so be aware on that front. The property itself is nice and clean-- and its on a relatively quiet block, but close to a not-so-nice area, so do be aware. The house is an older house-- so there is no way to really "be quiet" while walking around if others are sleeping. The floors are beautiful-- and loud. I gave it 5 stars because the host is great and the house is as advertised. Just be aware it is an older house with some of the flaws you'd expect in an older property. If you like the charm of an older house and not having neighbors stacked on top of you- -this could be perfect.

This spot was the perfect getaway and had everything we needed. We saw fireworks over the river from the hot tub! Great location, very easy to get to, and we were close enough to walk to a baseball game and other events in Cincinnati. The neighbors were all very friendly and we felt very at home. Would highly recommend this home!

Extremely convenient to all the downtown life that Cincinnati has to offer.

Sid’s place was amazing! Was in a super neat place of Cincinnati. Sid’s place had a great deck overlooking woods which was super nice and peaceful to be in. All around was a super awesome place to be.

The location is equally distant between the sports stadiums and OTR - about a 15 minute walk either way. Washington Park is only a few blocks away and was great on Saturday. I never had to talk with Danny over the phone because his instructions through AirBnB for apartment access and other details were perfect. I would stay there again.

Ryan’s place was exactly as described. His instructions are very clear and even included pictures of how to get to his unit from the street. As others have mentioned, the stairs to the unit are steep, so be prepared for that, but they didn’t bother us. The location is great for those wanted to see a game or go to OTR, but it’s in the middle of the city so they are some interesting characters walking around at times. We never felt unsafe and the unit is good with keeping out city noise. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in the perfect location with so much to do right out the door. It was clean, comfortable, and we felt at home. The restaurant below was a great spot for breakfast and the light rail across the street made our visit to Cincy so easy.

We really enjoyed staying at SID‘s Airbnb. It was walkable to a lot of places that we’d like. There are a lot of good restaurants, and bars around this area. There was a bagel shop right next-door that we ate at twice. Our last night we ate across the street and Che, which has Argentinian cuisine. Wonderful empanadas ..It’s close to the connector so it was easy to go to the Reds game. We definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe the whole time we were there and Sid has a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay for the parking.

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.
