Recently renovated, it’s designed for comfort and stocked with all essentials. Great shopping and dining are nearby, and there’s ample parking in back. Third Floor Apt. in Historic Home

The apartment is very close to downtown Cincinnati (15-20 minute walk, minimum Lyft or Uber fare.) You can also walk to Eden Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory in 7-8 minutes. We recently replaced nearly all the flooring, painted and re-decorated. You’ll love our place because of the neighborhood and the privacy of the apartment. The whole third floor of the house is yours! Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
