We booked this for our annual guy’s fishing trip. Red Rock Dam was minutes, great food in the surrounding areas like Pella and Knoxville. Great fishing, peaceful, spacious, quiet and the hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed the games provided but couldn’t use the WiI, the TV supports hdmi. Overall this place was amazing and will be booking again next year.

I appreciated the hot tub & firepit place in the front common area … made for a relaxing evening celebrating our son’s ISU graduation! Nice location and space. I appreciated the fans … as the bedroom got a little hot

The house was lovely. Host was very responsive when i needed any questions answered. There are large windows overlooking a wooded area behind that house that gives an absolutely amazing view. We’d definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Lovely cabin with everything needed to feel at home. Quick walk to the beach, easy drive or bike ride to downtown. Great fishing spots and hiking or biking trails nearby.

The owners were great to work with and easy to respond. My son left a necklace behind and it was easy to pick back up. The arrangements and stay were easy to use and the owners were great to work with. They really seemed to make an effort to care about our stay and make sure it was the best we could have.

This cabin nestled in the woods on a large property with hiking trails was super charming and we loved seeing the huge variety of birds at the bird feeder by the kitchen window. It was an outstanding place to gather for our daughter's college graduation from nearby Grinnell College. We found it comfortable and well outfitted and we enjoyed the outdoors and sitting around the fire pit in the evening.

Beautiful location and the place was spotless. Host was very responsive and accommodating. He came to greet us at check in and made sure we knew where everything was. Definitely recommend!

I had two different guests come on the same weekend. John was flexible in working with us to make sure he could accommodate both parties. My guests loved the spot and would definitely want to stay again when they come back! I highly recommend this little piece of heaven.

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend. Beautiful surroundings, fun game room and kitchen was stalked well. Close to Pella which is a great little Dutch town! We will go again in the future and stay at the same place.

Loved the cabin, the location and the lake (which is a very short drive from the cabin). We look forward to visiting again!

This place was so peaceful, surrounded by beautiful green rolling hills. Even though it was close to a busy highway it was very quiet inside. A lot of thought was obviously put into items needed. Very well organized and everything you could imagine was available. Would definitely stay here again. Such a welcoming place. As a plus my 3 yo granddaughter was able to run around and chase rabbits and look at the beautiful horses.
