A country escape for nature lovers. Very spacious with large lounge dining room leading out to front deck with spectacular views along with 2nd sitting room with a BBQ deck. Both bedrooms have a king bed and storage. There are 2 bathrooms one up and one down and a second toilet off the laundry downstairs Well equipped kitchen including pizza oven and espresso machine. Pool and bbq Please note the pool is not heated. It has solar heating but with Ballarat’s colder overnight temperatures don’t expect it to be toastie warm outside of summer.
