Vacation rentals with a patio in Davis County

If you're sensitive to sound definitely bring ear plugs. The trains are very close and they run all night long. There were a few cleaning things missed in the bathroom, but overall very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The host was very nice and answered messages quickly. 100% recommend this place. Especially if you have kids and you're headed to Lagoon!

Stayed for a week long soccer tournament at the Utah Soccer Complex which is only 10-14 min from the stay. Larry was great and went above and beyond any host we’ve had.

The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back!

I come to Utah a few times a year. So far, this has been my favorite place that I’ve stayed at. The location is perfect for what I’m there for. Everything was well-equipped and extremely thoughtful, like having the diffuser attachment for the blowdryer. I would 100% book this place again.

Great place to stay in SLC! The apartment was even more spacious than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. I was in town for a work conference and Salt Palace Convention Center was about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the amenities like in-roon laundry made it feel like home for a week.

This place was really good, stayed for the weekend. It was easy to find very spacious, it was perfect especially for the price. I enjoyed my time here.

The house was immaculate. There were plenty of pots, pans and other crockery to make a fine meals. I loved the house ans how clean it was. The bed was comfortable. Jennifer was always responsive and answered all my questions. The oly negative was the steep hill the house was on. But the view made up for it. If you have a car , this is the best Air Bnb in salt lake city.

Nice house / condo located in a quiet neighborhood in Salt Lake City’s The Avenues. I traveled with my dog, so I appreciated the off-leash dog park near the house. The house is fully equipped, and renovated with with lots of day light. Mandy was responsible and shared very clear instruction before check in and check out. Thanks!

Great stay for 5 for Kilby Block Party Festival. Close to the highway, as close as we could get to the Fairpark with a place big enough for our crew. Really great kitchen for all of to have meals together, privacy and comfort for sleeping and getting ready. Didn’t get to utilize the the game room too much but a few of us did and enjoyed it! Great to have laundry access, too.

Fantastic location near Capitol and downtown with beautiful views. Great space! Would definitely come here again.

This was a great stopover on the way to Moab. Stayed 3 nights. The outdoor area was incredible. It was so nice using the hot tub and then warming up in the “igloo” Location was perfect for restaurants and downtown. This will be my first choice for my next stay in SLC.

Johanna and Brett were terrific to work with. Their space was exactly as described and, despite being in an older home, the amenities, fixtures and utilities were all very modern and looked great. The space is cozy but extremely well laid out. Very comfortable there and glad I came across it for my travels.

Absolutely flawless! Communication was amazing, Michael’s place was beautiful and organized and it was a pure pleasure to stay there for a week! We all felt right at home. 10/10 recommend!

Christie was very responsive. We needed to stay an extra night and she graciously let us put our stuff in another one of her units before it had been cleaned. She made it a very smooth transition from number two to number four. In addition, I accidentally left my laptop in the number two condo, but her maintenance person brought it to the condo so that I would have it. This is a cute little condo and it is very, very close to downtown SLC. It was convenient and handy to be so close to downtown. Had I known how to do the trax we could have ridden it most of the places that we needed to go. However, I didn’t, but it was still very easy to get around. It was perfect for my daughter and I.

John was great! Super flexible with me as I had travel changes. Really appreciated the care he put into making me comfortable and to feel welcome.

Jen's place was positively perfect for our weekend stay visiting our daughter at the U! It is decorated SO beautifully (boho-fab!), it was super comfortable and CLEAN! We walked to a great market to get a few groceries, coffee shop and brunch at Marmalade - a must. Jen and Shannon were highly responsive and welcoming. It was just a great experience all the way around!

Great price! Definitely more for solo travellers or two people sharing one bed. Was nice to have a home base, especially 10 minutes from downtown or the airport.
