Great location Beautiful townhome!

The townhouse is perfect for a family or group that wants to ski Snowbasin. We could not have been closer to the mountain and hot tubs were an easy walking distance from the unit. Lee's marketplace across the street was convenient and had everything we needed for meals. The garage made loading and unloading simple. The unit has well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, a very cozy living area and comfortable beds. It's a great deal and we will be back.

Will start by saying this location worked out perfectly for three guys travelling together, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We all agreed our beds were comfortable and the common areas were spacious with comfortable furniture and a nice kitchen. The neighborhood is also decent in terms of proximity to both downtown and the airport, so you’re never far from your flight or dining options downtown. Only downside to the location is the high amount of train traffic. It’s true the horns aren’t blaring like they used to but it appears some train engineers didn’t get that memo! Also the whole unit shakes when some of these trains go by so if you’re a light sleeper, this place may be a bit uncomfortable when you’re trying to get some shuteye (out of the three of us, I was the only one bothered by it)

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the house. My only complaint is we didn’t stay longer!! The two bedrooms upstairs, with en-suites, were super helpful. We never had to fight over bathrooms!! Super clean, the host, Brad, responded quickly and was very kind, helpful, and accommodating!! One of the best features at the house was the checkout process; super easy! Yay for that! I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tandi’s place! It was perfect for our party of 8. The home is very comfortable and well equipped with anything you would need. The neighborhood is very nice and so close to everything, stores, coffee, restaurants, salons. The house is very spacious. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool, but it is a beautiful pool. Tandi is very responsive. We would gladly stay here again!

We loved this place! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. We stayed here for a ski race and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend! The kids loved the bunk room. Everything was wonderful!

First, Whitney is a great host. She communicates quickly and even reached out a couple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The best host we’ve had so far! Secondly, the house! It was perfect. The VIEWS are AMAZING. I looked forward to drinking my coffee in the kitchen nook looking out at the mountains every morning. Georgous scenery from every room. I couldn’t take enough pictures! The location is GREAT. It takes no time at all to get to anything you need. It’s like you’re right in the middle of everything but not at the same time. it’s located in a lovely neighborhood. Very quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Deer walk around and lounge in the yards. This was our first trip to Utah and it will definitely not be the last. Hopefully we will get another opportunity to stay at this house! It will be the first place I check when making plans. Those views will live in my mind forever. Thank you for sharing your home, we loved it.

Location, location, location! This location is absolutely gorgeous. We’re high up in the avenues with the valley stretching out beneath us. The apartment has been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable, thank you for making our visit perfect.

This was a perfect stay for a family, going to Lagoon. Super impressed with the hosts, and the accessibility of the property. My grand babies enjoyed the back yard, and the home was lovely. I would highly recommend for a family stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! This is a very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful for morning and evening walks. The home has a lot of room and all the amenities you need and is beautifully decorated. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Kathleen's place. Very roomy, large living room, kitchen, and master. Everything we could want was provided. Kathleen promptly answered my emails. The only thing that would have made our stay better is having control of the thermostat. The AC worked fine until the last night. But we let her know. This was the best Airbnb experience I've had. This place is a short walk to downtown SLC, trails, and good eats. It was great to walk to work at the Salt Palace. Make a run to Memory Grove Park. Arlo was a nice farm to table restaurant a short walk away. If you are staying in SLC, stay here.

Sam was a very responsive host. The house was great for our group especially the layout. The pack-n-play was helpful to have with a baby. I have no complaints at all! Would stay here again for another trip!

We loved our stay - the garden was so peaceful and beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet & walkable and everything was close - restaurants & a grocery store in walking distance. We loved the claw foot tub & the bed was very comfortable. Monica & her husband were great & recommended a cool off leash hiking area for us & our dog. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again. Highly recommend!

Luana was very responsive and helpful. The house was as described. It is 13 minutes from downtown which allowed some peace and quiet in the evenings. The backyard and hot tub was a nice area to hangout however the outside furniture was dirty. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms are very spacious and the house was very clean. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed exploring downtown!

This place was perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great. The kitchen was clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home—would definitely stay here again!

Johanna and Brett were terrific to work with. Their space was exactly as described and, despite being in an older home, the amenities, fixtures and utilities were all very modern and looked great. The space is cozy but extremely well laid out. Very comfortable there and glad I came across it for my travels.

Absolutely flawless! Communication was amazing, Michael’s place was beautiful and organized and it was a pure pleasure to stay there for a week! We all felt right at home. 10/10 recommend!
