The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented so you will not be sharing ANY space.

Also it is riding and jogging distance to the trails at bracken mountain which have been continually growing and go all the way to pisgah forest.
