Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock with a paddle boat. The pond is out of my control. East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

The cozy cottage is an easily accessible house within walking distance to downtown brevard. Also it is riding and jogging distance to the trails at bracken mountain which have been continually growing and go all the way to pisgah forest. Also close is the "lumber arts district" with restaurants, live music, and art stores. There is a bike path to breweries, river swimming holes, and lots of other things to do. The house is cozy and small with a sleeping loft up a spiral staircase.
