Marilou’s place was lovely and quiet, away from the city but close enough that you have areas to visit etc. We ended up only staying due to unforeseen circumstances and Marilou was so kind to accommodate those changes. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The host was incredibly accommodating, offering clear instructions, great flexibility, and prompt support. This is an excellent place for larger groups, equipped with all the essentials you might need. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get—highly recommended!

The place is spacious and its clean. They are also accommodating. Airconditioner are just enough for the rooms so its bit hot during summertime in the main areas, they have 2 electric fan though. Very peaceful and quiet. Good thing they have garage. We love the place even they accidently forgot to leave the key for room 2. And there’s a broken dining chair that I informed them immediately. Comfort room is not stinky. Entire inside of the house is clean. So we leave it clean too and followed their check out instructions. We will book again when we visit Davao. Thank you and more power.

The place is very near the airport. The subdivision is gated and safe. The house is right in front of the clubhouse that has a pool. To commute, there are tricycles right outside the subdivision. The house is spacious, beautiful and clean. They also let me leave my bag while waiting for checkin. The subdivision is a bit far from downtown so this has to be taken into account but it is near Sasa wharf if you plan to go to Samal. Highly recommended place to stay with accomodating hosts!

Awesome without thinking just booked Maria condo

A great place to stay while in Davao city. The interior is very aesthetic, rooms are cozy, beds are comfy and the kitchen was cool like, everything you need was there for cooking and for other stuff. Bathroom was great, shower has hot/cold option. Other things I like about the unit was the tv, fast wifi, a very friendly and accommodating host, and cozy living area. Though I could say that a maximum of 6 guests are recommended in this property because I think 7 or more is already a crowd. Overall, it was an amazing place.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.

My mom stayed at Shiella's during her stint in Davao City. Very nice host and informative. She readily accepted the booking for the two senior ladies who needed a place to stay. Clean place and affordable. Will book this again if I ever stay in Davao City for a time being.

My stay here was absolutely wonderful! Despite being located at the heart of the city, the place is still so peaceful, it was like you can't even hear the busy city streets of Davao. The location is very accessible to all establishments that you might want/need to go to. On the other hand, the unit itself is very clean and nice! What you see in the pictures is truly what you'll see and experience in person. Miss Genevieve was very responsive and proactive in answering my inquiries despite the time difference. Also the staff, especially Ma'am Ann were very kind and welcoming. Truly a cozy home away from home. I will definitely be coming back here again soon! 🫶

Very accommodating, nice place to stay

We had a wonderful staycation here as a family!The place was clean and cozy. The view here is nice. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a staycation that feels like a true escape without leaving town. My family and I will definitely be back!

I had a great stay at the place. It was very convenient for me as a base to go to other places and the place was comfy after a tiring day.

Always choose to stay at this place since last year, for our staycations. Place is neat, has a good space for cooking and very accessible since downtown lang. Kasoo always booked haha shows how the place is nice and the hosts are very thoughtful and responsive. God Bless!

good value for money

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.
