The owner, Mr. Celso, welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the house. He and his team were quick to assist us with everything we needed. About the house: Peaceful and private this place truly feels like home! It’s clean, fresh, and fully equipped with complete kitchenware. There’s a terrace, a grilling area, and even karaoke everything you need is here! Nearest beach: There’s a beautiful resort nearby called Cavanico. The only downside is that you have to pay an entrance fee daily to swim at their beach, which can be a bit much. Overall: 10/10 Thank you for allowing us to enjoy and stay in this lovely house. We are very happy with our experience! ❤️

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

nice place to stay with family or friends. Very accomodating host. You can also buy freshly baked bread from them. with free tea, coffee and peanut butter. the place is clean and is comfortable.

Janice’s place was clean, well equipped and as described. We had some difficulty finding the house as we arrived at night time and there wasnt any visible street name / sign available but Janice was very responsive to all our questions.

The place was super clean and spacious - even with 12 of us staying there, it never felt cramped. We loved how the beach was just right outside the accommodation. There's even a cute little swing! The view was beautiful, and we got to catch the sunset too. Kaputian Beach Park is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of stores around- carinderias, convenience stores, and even BBQ stalls at night. There's also a market nearby if you're after fresh seafood. On our last day, we actually bought fish straight from the fishermen- it was caught at 3 AM that same day! Check-in and check-out were super smooth, thanks to the owner and caretaker being really responsive. We honestly loved everything about the place. If we ever visit Samal again, we're definitely booking here a second time.

Betty is very accommodating and helpful in every inquiries about the place. The place itself is perfectly for family gathering, friend's outing, etc. The house is very clean, it's provided completely basic needs (like cooking utensils, washroom tissues, shampoo, shower gel, the rooms are great and the linen and towels are so fresh ❤️ 😊 ✔️ ✅️ . For sure, we will stay here again 5 🌟 👍

Very nice and clean house. Close to a big SM Mall and also a main road where you can find different markets selling meats, fruits and vegetables, along with little stores, a laundromat, etc. It’s not in a sub-division but still quiet and peaceful outside as it’s not so close to the main road where you will hear any of its noise (I also don’t recall much dog barking or early morning rooster noise). The host Norma was also so nice and pleasant.

This is the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in the Philippines. The jacuzzi fills to the top with hot water. Secure, safe community. Good coffee maker. Nice TV. Comfortable beds. It's a dope industrial style house. Neighbors are friendly. Also a quiet community. If it's available, this will be the first airbnb I stay at multiple times anywhere on earth.

The place is nice and just 5 minutes from the golf course. It was a great choice for us, especially since we didn’t have to go downtown to find accommodations. They have towels, bath essentials prepared for us. The owner was also very responsive and prompt in my messages.

Really loved the place! It was so cozy and homey. Had a hard time finding the exact house though, we followed the pinned location but somehow got lost, eventually found it anyway. Also WiFi was broken but the Host was kind enough to load my cellular data. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely come back again soon!

Grace's Airbnb was really, really nice. The house exceeded my expections and was better in person than in the listing. Super clean and clutter free, the house also had secure parking in a safe neighborhood. Easy to find. Host was standing by upon arrival to make sure we had a smooth check-in and had everything we needed The host was friendly and responsive to our requests. Highly recommended.
