This beach house is great for a big family! A small private pool is perfect for hanging out, just a block from the beach with water and beach views! Our family loved it and we hope to do it again!

This has been one of our favorite stays so far! The house is so clean and the beds were so comfortable! Everything was well stocked, especially towels! The pool and hot tub were by far the best. We enjoyed lots of time in both. Elijah and Mary were both extremely communicative and were available for any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Anna was a great host. She was flexible and responsive with a few internet issues. She was quick to find solutions and always kind! We had everything we needed in our place and only a little walk to the pool / beach.

We had a great stay! Loved the house it was clean and plenty of room for our 5 adults and 4 small children. Jennifer was fantastic and very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place. If possible, I’d say rent a golf cart as that was extremely helpful in getting to and from the beach!

We had the best time. Her home was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The setting is super relaxing, the kids loved the pool, it was clean and warm. We had a washer and dryer that was super handy. One remote was not working and she had one shipped and replaced immediately. She responded very quickly to ant questions. We will 100% stay if we are ever in Pensacola again. Thank you for having such a lovely home.

My husband and took our son and 3 of his friends to Casa Verde. I cannot say enough great things about this place. It exceeded our expectations from cleanliness, organized, amenities, accommodations and SO much more. The hosts were very quick to respond and even offered recommendations for what we wanted to do. We hardly left the house because it we felt like we had our own little beach. They had a sand area with a volleyball net right next to our own private pool. It also had the lagoon right in the backyard where we fished and kayaked. The beach was a very short distance and the area was not crowded at all and very peaceful. Grocery stores and the Hangout was less than 5 miles from us. It was the PERFECT house for our son’s small Sr. Trip celebration. I am very pleased and we can’t wait to go back! It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were INCREDIBLE as well. Thank you Joey and Heather for all your help and letting us rent your home. We didn’t want to leave.

We loved our stay at Sean‘s place! The pictures do not do it justice! We loved having four bedrooms with a king size bed in each! There is a full bathroom on the main floor and bath upstairs with a clawfoot tub, sink and toilet and a half bath in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen has all the pots, pans utensils and dishes you will need! We loved having the dock so close to the house and the relaxing porch with the hot tub! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable. The West End Beach is just a few minutes drive by car. It is the most accessible beach on the island with bathrooms. We highly recommend getting shrimp steamed with potatoes, corn, and sausage from Skinners! This house was so conveniently located. We definitely recommend it.

This was our first family vacation we’ve ever taken, and with a family of 9 I’m sure you can see why, but this location accommodated us splendidly. The view was gorgeous, and the fishing was so much more than I could have expected if we didn’t catch over 100 fish off that dock we didn’t catch any. The house was clean, and cozy and honestly everything we could’ve hoped for and then some. The neighborhood was quiet, and peaceful, and the house was located close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone, and could see us staying there again. Thank you Sharon and Tom for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. The Lininger Family!!!

Priscilla was great! She had the house beautifully ready for us. Even a little welcome station! Her communication was outstanding and super friendly! She worked with us on check-in/out time. We can't thank her enough! 10/10 experience!

My husband and I loved our stay here! Everything was just like the photos. The beach is just a short walk over and so is the bay which was super convenient. We loved being able to sit on the deck on the front and the porch on the back and just hear and watch the waves!! I found the kitchen to be well stocked - plenty of seasonings, coffee & filters and dishes (nothing in fridge so no condiments which was fine). After reading other reviews we did bring our own throw blankets, hand soap and shampoo/conditioner and that made things much nicer for us!!! The house was clean! The bed wasn’t great but we slept just fine - the sheets are a bumpy texture but that didn’t really matter too much to us. There also was a funky smell in the bedroom on the window/curtain during our stay (didn’t mention it to them until our last day) but management responded quickly & said it will be resolved. Communication was great - had minor WiFi problems and they quickly came and fixed it! We LOVED our stay!

Great place to stay with family! The beach behind the house was the perfect spot for my toddler to play in the sand and the water.

Our stay was incredible! Krista’s home is beautiful and quite spacious! The layout was perfect, and the furniture was both stylish and comfortable—truly making us feel at home. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed—no last-minute trips for supplies! The trash system was a game changer, no scrambling to find where to put extra trash as there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfy and ensured we woke up refreshed for our early birding adventures. Another huge bonus- there were not a ton of stairs! This is such a rarity on the island, and it made a world of difference for those of us who struggle with steps The serene outdoor space, surrounded by woods, was perfect for bird-watching, and we even witnessed a cowbird laying an egg in a bluebird’s nest. After four trips to Dauphin Island, this will definitely be our go-to spot. We can’t wait to return! It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel right at home, and this one did just that!!

If you’re looking for a DREAM beach stay, book now! This place is 10 out of 10 with spacious rooms & living room. Lots of blankets to cuddle up with & extra towels for showers. All the beds were nice & comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of silverware, bowls, & any dish you need to cook - we really appreciated this! Wonderful view of the beach with several spots on the upper or lower balconies to rest/relax. Also used the outdoor shower to rinse sand off too. You’re right on the beach so lots of nice views, we actually saw dolphins most days we were there. The hosts are a sweet & genuine couple who are invested in guests having the best vacation ever experience! We will for sure be looking at renting this place again in the future.

Even though this is a drive to the beach, this home makes up for it tenfold. There was a plethora of items to make the stay enjoyable. Extra spices, toiletries, all the amenities. I have never seen a home where the host thought of it all! Well done!

Beautiful location, beautiful home-we especially appreciated the pool with 3 children under 6. I loved watching the dolphins. We also of course loved the beach and the proximity to the marina. Amy was very responsive and helpful-would love to return.

This place was immaculate and provided everything you needed for a smooth stay. it felt like home away from home. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. My family fished, made awesome memories and had some of the best seafood ever! I would encourage everyone to take full advantage of this wonderful space if given a chance. The hosts are amazing and you will love every moment of your stay. 5 stars all the way! Thanks again for everything!

The house was exactly like pictured and extremely clean. It had everything our family needed for a perfect stay. The property manager was extremely responsive. A storm knocked the power out for several hours and afterwards the AC wasn't working correctly and a technician was sent out the same day to fix it for us which is great customer service. The only negative was the private beach access only gives you access to set up in a very small area of the beach between houses. We were not aware of this until we were at the beach and told by other renters. So if it's a crowded day, you might have an issue finding a spot near the house to set up. All in all a great house and a great trip!

Beautiful home with everything you need. Comfy beds, nice smart tvs with good connection, nice bathrooms, easy check in, pool and outdoor kitchen a bonus. Beautiful scenery. Can’t wait til the next stay. Beach short drive away. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, however we cooked in with all the amenities & outdoor kitchen and it was AWESOME! Fire pit & cornhole boards was fun! Didn’t even have to leave the space for a good time!

What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

Our stay at Kim’s house was fantastic. We stayed here for our family vacation. The youngest was 4.5, the oldest 88, and this house was perfect for everyone! Kim is so kind and very responsive. We realized the stay before us had broken the umbrella and she dropped off a new one within an hour (even though we told her it wasn’t necessary!). She had great local recs. We had the best time staying in her home. This is our new go to spot to stay in Pensacola. Thank you, Kim!
