The apartment is cozy and great. Nadia was very welcoming, flexible, responsive and helpful. Would definitely contact her again if I ever go to hawariya again.

Generally very good stay. Fehmi was gentleman and always on call. house was decent and very big. beach was close and kids enjoyed the pool. overall fantastic little getaway.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The property was lovely. And a staff person Muhammad made our stay incredibly special. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. To name a few examples, when my son and I were at a late night wedding Muhammad waited up to let us in until about 2 am to ensure we made it in safely. He set up towels at the pool unprompted and was regularly asking how he could support us in our stay. All in all, he was amazing. And we loved the property

Perfect stay, beautiful house with respect for traditional houses. Atypical furniture.... large house with all the comforts we need. Welcoming hosts, attentive to our requests and very responsive. If he can't move... Don't worry his brother-in-law or that mom will be there... by the way a big thank you to the mom for the cuckoo.... A treat.... Perfect clean pool and clean out of sight.. very quiet corner of tunisia. You will live directly with the Tunisians. Turquoise blue paradise beach. Clame even in the middle of a month in doubt. You will eat a sea bream on the beach for just 30 dinars at Lotfi's.... If you want to be quiet... I recommend this place... See you soon

Our family stay was perfect Mrs. Souad was very helpful , the caretaker was really nice and available anytime ( he did us small errands on the first day for our comfort after a long trip ) We had a great time, my parents loved the house and the environment , the children too The pool always clean and the caretaker maintains it daily . Honestly one of the best stays I've ever had in Tunisia 🤗 We discovered El Haouaria with these beautiful landscapes and beaches We'll be back without hesitation ☺️☺️ Thanks again Rabi Ibareklek Ms Souad 🙏🏽

We had a wonderful stay at Zied's. The home is exactly as described, clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet and nice area. The garden is great . Zied was extremely welcoming and available for any of our questions.

Amazing beach house right in front of the sea in Manzil Tīmīm! Waking up to ocean views was unforgettable. The place is clean, cozy, and peaceful — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the beach. Will definitely return!

The location was perfect and the outside space was lovely. We loved the enclosed parking suave and the view overlooking the ocean. Overall a great place.

Karim is an excellent local guide. He provided me with best shopping addresses and advices for local activities. There is a cooking service included in the price. You can bring your meal ingredients and go for swimming. The meal will be ready once you're back. The beach is one of the best beaches of Tunisia. My daughters were crying on the last day of our stay. They loved the cristal water so much.

A listing that perfectly matches reality. A well-appointed villa from the outside and inside,the house is well-equipped. The host is up to it,he was all week at our service, he was on time for the appointment , for reception and departure. The stay at Sami's went very well, the place is clean, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. I would this property. My family and I are excited.

Exceptional stay in a luxury house and close to one of the beautiful beaches of Tunisia. The terrace inside has lots of charm. Large kitchen very well equipped with three comfortable bedrooms including one air-conditioned. I would definitely recommend this place, which is still very competitive in terms of value for money.

Omar was a very flexible and kind host. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The house is a 2-minute walk away from a lovely local beach, with a supérette across the street selling drinks and snacks, but located a bit further out from the main town (you'd need to bike/drive to the nearest pharmacy, butcher, veggie market, etc.). There is also a cute garden with a nice outdoor seating and lounge area; I would recommend this location to groups, as there was plenty of space for all four of us.
