My work stay was so amazingly pleasant amazing the place was beyond what the pictures and descriptions were so so clean 🧼 peaceful and quiet perfect location for all things amazing beyond will definitely stay again and most definitely recommend to everyone above ☝🏼 my expectations and such a beautiful stay experience

Our women’s get away was well enjoyed in this home. We had everything we needed and got to enjoy some time away without the hustle and bustle of a hotel!

We spent a wonderful 3 days in this house with our family — everything exceeded our expectations! The entire space is new, fresh, and very cozy. We really enjoyed the pool — clean and warm, perfect for relaxing. The jacuzzi was a real pleasure. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including all the little things that make life easier. The hosts were incredibly supportive — always in touch and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Monica’s place while we were attending medical appointments for our young son in Miami and it was such a wonderful peaceful home-away-from-home to come back to after a long day. It was very clean, super-comfortable and everything had been thought of. I like to cook for my family and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could need - something I find quite rare in Airbnbs. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot and strong and there were plenty of little sitting nooks inside and out which I always really appreciate. The coffee bar was a great touch. The pool area was lovely and the trees and plants really gave an inside/outside feel which I loved. The neighbourhood seemed quiet and very safe - we enjoyed early morning walks to Holiday Park which is just a few blocks, very accessible and close to shopping and restaurants. My husband and I were Celebrating our 30 th anniversary. We reserved John’s place for three days . We had a great time and it is a lovely place . It had a plenty of amenities . It has a great pool and jacuzzi . The backyard was beautiful. It was close to walking to the River walk . The water taxis are Great around there . We definitely would come back and refer people to this great home . John was very communicative and quickly responded to any questions that I had .

Such a cute place! Has modern vibes and touches while remaining quaint and feeling “at home”. Clean home, loved the pool and everything is so well thought out for guests needs. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of while staying. Thank you!

Frank and Ralph went above and beyond as hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted in person and taken on a tour, getting all the details on amenities. Their responsiveness throughout our trip was fast and efficient, and we felt comfortable and safe staying in their home. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including the kitchen and bathrooms. They even included an abundance of beach gear. We could not have been more taken care of. As for the house itself, we were in paradise. The palms fan over the backyard, providing lovely shade and paradise. The pool and hot tub were gorgeous, and the poolside chairs were great for tanning! Inside was super clean and tidy, and all of the furniture and decorations were elegant and fun. The location is amazing, minutes from everything on Wilton Drive I highly recommend anyone to stay here. The house was gorgeous, and our hosts were very welcoming and enthusiastic.

This house was exactly what we needed for a week away. Me and 5 of my friends came down for memorial day weekend and we had everything we needed at Villa’s place. We would definitely stay again!

Exactly what was described. The house was very clean and very roomy for our party of 19. There was a lot for the children to keep busy. The pool was very clean. The location was a short drive to the beaches. Renters should be aware of quiet hours from 9pm to 9am especially when with a large group. Also be aware a lack of dressers and closets in the bedrooms. Overall I would definitely recommend this house and if I have the opportunity to travel to Ft Lauderdale again, this will be on my list to rent.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. They even allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay!

Great host! Everything was so perfect!

We booked this spot for a bachelor weekend in Miami and it did not disappoint! The house had everything a crew of guys could want—tons of space to hang out, sleep, and rally for the next round. Plenty of room to spread out, great common areas to pregame, and super easy to get to all the Miami hotspots. Only a couple hiccups: we thought there was going to be a hot tub (would’ve been clutch), there was a bit of an ant invasion out back, and the grill was a little finicky. But honestly, those were minor in the grand scheme—we had an epic weekend and the house was the perfect home base. If you’re planning a bachelor trip or big group getaway in Miami, this place is a great choice. Would 100% stay here again!

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.
