Our three story turn-of-the-century house dates back to 1880, when the original parts of the house were built. After a careful renovation, with great care taken to select original materials and plans. the house is back in its original glory as the first building on the island of Tranholmen. It is a charming house, perfect for the large family or a family reunion, with many areas perfect for dining, socialising or just hanging out. The two main dining rooms on the first and second floor are spacious (30 sqm/323 square feet) so there is ample room for everyone. On colder days you can fire up the working tiled stoves and cosy up. The kitchen is both well equipped with all the necessary equipment for cooking and serving nice meals, even for larger groups. It also has an open fireplace and a generous kitchen island that becomes the natural gathering for snacks or a drink. There is boys bathtub and shower in the main bathroom connected to the master bedroom. The smaller bathroom on the third floor has a shower, sink and toilet and on the first floor is an additional (guest) bathroom with a sink and toilet. There are several options for setting the table for a dinner with several guests. You can choose between the kitchen with area view, the large dining room on the first floor for the largest groups, or the the enclosed sun porch where you are both inside and outside at the same time, as well as several places outside on the decks. Just follow the sun and adjust to the weather. There are also several more secluded places to sit and enjoy a book, as well as the pool deck shaded by the large cherry tree and green house, where both relaxation and play can be enjoyed. For the even larger groups we can also offer, at an additional charge, access to the guest house. This is a newly built and completely equipped house (55 sqm/592 sq feet) one bedroom house, situated at the western end of our lot.

The apartment is built as an independent unit with sound insulation and a separate fire cell with its own private entrance and patio. One large room includes a wardrobe by the entrance, a 3-seater sofa, coffee table, Smart TV, an extendable dining table with two chairs, a kitchen, and two 80 cm single beds ( can be placed next to each other), along with two bedside tables. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, glasses, cutlery, frying pans, pots, etc. It also includes a wine and bottle opener, can opener, scissors, potato peeler, grater, plastic bags, food containers, baking paper, foil, knives, and a measuring set. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. A separate area contains a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Laundry detergent, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap are included. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi with fiber connection, waterborne underfloor heating throughout the apartment, and electric comfort heating in the bathroom. Towels (a bath towel and a hand towel per person), bed linen, and blankets are included. A free parking space is available, and electric car charging is possible at an additional cost.

Helt nytt och fullt utrustat hus på 28 kvm i Danderyd 15 min norr om Stockholms innerstad. Huset stod klart i januari 2024 och ligger på en lugn återvändsgata 100m från ett fantastiskt naturreservat med oändliga alternativ för promenad, vandring och bad. På 10-15 min med bil når man både havet med fina badplatser eller två av Skandinaviens största köpcentrum (Täby Centrum och Mall of Scandinavia. Huset har vattenburen golvvärme, en permanent arbetsplats, bra Wi-Fi och parkering med laddning.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!
