Outdoor: On the large terrace there is lounge furniture, dining area in glazed pergola, outdoor kitchen with barbecues and jacuzzi. In the garden, there is a pool, sun beds, lounge furniture and a trampoline. Some bicycles are available to borrow.

Inside the glass veranda there is a large kitchen for shared cooking around the kitchen island in front of the fireplace, space for 12 people around the kitchen table, with lovely sea views. Outside the kitchen and living room, balconies extend to capture the morning and afternoon/evening sun as well as sea views. In the garden, there is a pool and many places to enjoy. 7-10 beds.

A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (lake and sea). In the garden there is a terrace pool, a pergola, soccer goal, gym bar area, barbecue and trampoline.

The house is located about 400 m from the sea with a very nice pool and a large terrace toward the south. It is very comfortable place, modern, very quiet and a lot of space (ca 200 m2). Internet connection is of high quality (1Gb, Fiber). Grocery stores very close (Lidl - Ica) and open every day until late in the evening. Close to the city by metro or car. At the garage place there is a charge box for Electric cars (free of charge). We speak Swedish, English , French and Russian.

Our wonderful newly-built New England house is only 500 meters from the Marina in Viggbyholm! Nature is around the corner with running tracks, forests and it is only 20 minutes to Stockholm.
