Innanför glasverandan finns stort kök för gemensam matlagning runt köksön framför öppna spisen, plats för 12 personer runt köksbordet, med härlig havsutsikt. Utanför kök och vardagsrum sträcker sig altaner för att fånga morgon och eftermiddags/kvällssol samt havsutsikt. I trädgården finns en pool och många platser att njuta på. 7-10 bäddar.

Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Villa, 229+45 kvm, med sjöutsikt över Värtan. Nedanför huset ligger en av Täbys finaste badstränder, Näsa Äng. Njut av vackra promenadstråk längs vattnet direkt utanför huset. 10 min promenad till Roslagsbanan som på 20 min tar er direkt till Stockholms innerstad. The 1,300 sqm garden is mainly situated at the rear, offering a private setting, a large driveway, and the possibility to charge an electric car. 20 min to the city, 35 min to Arlanda, 5 min to Swedens best shopping centre.

Everyone loves our wonderful and charming guesthouse as well as the tranquil surroundings. You get to Tranholmen by ferry from Ropsten, that is only 5 min by metro from the city. The ferry takes 10 min and there are departures in both directions every 1-2 hours from early morning to late evening.
