Very nice apartment, very clean, with many details and good taste. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything is very new. Marine is very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes from downtown on foot. Free parking is available nearby. I'd come back without a doubt.

We Loved our stay!! Jean-Yves is very friendly and had quick responses whenever we had a question. He really spent time showing us places we could visit and reviewing all the details of the apartment. Comfortable bed and the fully equipped kitchen was great! A bit of a walk to the historic center , 15-20 minutes, but well worth the peace and quiet of the area. Having the washing machine was a nice bonus. Highly recommend!

A real dream house with many details that made the stay even more beautiful. We felt comfortable from the first moment, the house is perfectly divided (also great for home office), great mattresses, many loving little things, a great music/CD collection and a place to relax. Communication with Eric has been very fast and thank you for the helpful answers. Also great for a trip with a dog - you can walk through forest paths right from the front door. We will be happy to come back and wish other guests a great time.

We booked to enjoy the arrival of the beautiful days with our friends. The cottage is very nice and very well equipped. The environment is very quiet and relaxing and really allows you to disconnect. Jennifer is a very responsive and very pleasant host by message. Morbihan is always a very pleasant place and has seduced those of us who discovered it. We really enjoyed the dining area and the terrace which are conducive to conviviality as well as the kitchen which is very well-equipped! We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome from Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in the event of any problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
