Very nice apartment, very clean, with many details and good taste. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything is very new. Marine is very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes from downtown on foot. Free parking is available nearby. I'd come back without a doubt.

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and well designed studio apartment. Maneki was very responsive and hospitable, leaving lots of food and drink for us and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s in a brilliant spot, near the harbour and some great restaurants.

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

No complaints. The place was as described, and the concierge Groom had ensured the cleanliness and tidiness of the place. The check-in and check-out were very easy and everything was perfectly organized. The concierge was also available when needed (equipment or advice).

Our stay in Damien's hope was exceptional. The various instructions (use of thermostats, kitchen, recycling program, etc,) were well prepared, albeit in French only. It would have bee helpful if they included an English translation, but nonetheless, the home is extremely well prepared for guests. We were a bit concerned about its location, in Ploemel, not far from Carnac, but found it to be the best possible location from which to enjoy all of the region's incredible areas. From many "stone alignments" to restaurants, shopping and seaside activities, truly a paradise for a memorable and peaceful vacation. The upstairs bedrooms are a bit challenging for seniors, be advised, but no problem for adults and kids. Generous size shower rooms, up and downstairs. The kitchen features and hybrid gas/induction stove top. Worked great. New kitchen throughout. We typically had six family members for most of our 30-day stay, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the property AND the community!
