Come visit Pine Point! This beach house is steps away from the ocean for swimming, marsh for kayaking, and many seasonal restaurants. It is an ideal vacation location; set up well for multiple families with a separate "kid zone" complete with beds, tv and games. Dogs will also want to tag along to enjoy the fenced in yard and morning beach walks. Short trolley to Old Orchard Beach and a 20 minute drive to Portland’s airport, restaurants, and breweries. Fully stocked kitchen & outdoor shower.

Please note: We have a 3 Night Minimum for Holiday weekends. This charming and well appointed home is more than meets the eye. Master suite, fireplace, first floor bedroom and bath, deck, hot tub, there is nothing else you need. All walking distance to Back Cove and 2 miles to Portland's Old Port. Our space is ideally suited for 2-4 adults. Quiet gatherings best suit our home and neighborhood. We will consider renting to 6 (case by case), however there is an additional charge .

Unit 3 **Have a large group ask us about renting all 3 units sleeps 22** This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has been completely renovated. Only steps to the beach, this basement unit is literally just one block away from public beach access, and will sleep up to 6 people. Off-street parking, private picnic area and large gas BBQ grill. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Check in Saturday after 3PM, check out the following Saturday by 10AM.
