Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dallas Downtown Historic District

Only stayed for two days because of a concert, but it was so nice I’ll definitely be looking to stay again if I ever come back to Dallas!!

It's definitely a great place to stay at whether short or long term! The location is alright and it is definitely 15 mins to downtown. It was secure and even had cookware and everything! I really enjoyed it

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Laurie‘s place in Dallas. Her son, Grady, was our host and he was friendly and very easy to communicate with. The accommodations were exactly as pictured - lovely, and homey. It was extremely clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable. One thing to note is that you cannot change the temperature yourself. However, while it was comfortable, I like it a tad warmer; Grady was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and made for very pleasant walks. Restaurants, shopping and beautiful Whiterock Lake were only a 15-20 min walk through the lovely neighborhood. I’m from Dallas originally. I know we will return and hope to stay again at Laurie and Grady’s place. Thank you!

I had an incredible stay! The property was clean, stylish, and so comfortable — perfect for me and my guests. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which made our time even more relaxing and fun. The host was warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. This Airbnb was absolutely perfect. I stayed for four days and truly didn’t want to leave — the only reason I did was because there were guests checking in after me! The space was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. It was stocked beyond expectations — everything you could want, need, or even dream of was already there. The beds were super cozy (a huge bonus!) and the whole place just felt like home. You can tell a lot of care and thoughtfulness went into creating this space. A huge thank you to the host for being so kind, attentive, and for creating such a welcoming environment. I’ll absolutely be staying here every time I come to Dallas. If you’re lucky enough to find it available — book it immediately. You won’t regret it.

Danielle's space was cozy and just what we needed for our weekend trip to Dallas! We felt right at home. The home is in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet, we felt safe, and it's close to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

I rented this airbnb for my husband birthday and from the pictures I was delighted buttttttt once we arrived to the house the pictures didn’t do this beautiful house justice . Everything was an experience for me. Master bedroom was wow THE SHOWER & even THE TOILET was a complete experience I had an amazing time the pool was perfectly heated along with the hot tub . Rooms were spacious everything was perfect if you are hesitating to rent this airbnb DONT HESITATE ! Do it ! It’ll be worth your while this place doesn’t disappoint. I am definitely coming back ! Anything I had a question over was responded to immediately, great communication hands down !

This was an amazing stay and they worked with us on last minute changes without over charging! She makes you feel comfortable like you have a friend! The home is perfect, clean, and private. They communicated with us for every little thing and always made us feel like this was our home! I will definitely be biking with them again, and the price was amazing. Words cannot express the experience we had staying here and I would recommend this place to anyone. The home and hostess’s are truly gems 💚😊

Had a great stay! Place was right in the center of everything. Everything is basically walkable. Stayed the week to go to DreamHack at the convention center and it was only a 15-20 minute walk. Host was very responsive and flexible with check-in time. Will definitely book again when I come back to Dallas!

This place was a great find!! The location was perfect, plenty of places to go and eat (Serious Pizza)!!! Downtown is also walkable! The apartment was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable…. Will definitely stay again 10/10

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Zero complaints! Place was beautiful and cozy, sparkling clean and spotless. Easy to get in and out and lots of parking. Felt safe in the area and Jen was a great host, super responsive and friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This was a wonderful place to stay. There was so many restaurants and places to check out nearby (very walkable) but also was so quiet and peaceful in the evening. The neighborhood was beautiful and the condo was lovely and stylish.

The team and the place was great. Communication was great and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The rooftop bar is awesome for great cocktails and some food. It was our anniversary and we had an amazing dinner at the Monarch a block away. So much to do and see within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

A great stay. Christina has thought of everything. The house is beautifully decorated and she put small touches that make you feel at home. Even the toilet paper is good quality. I would recommend this place.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
