Vacation rentals with a patio in Dallas Downtown Historic District

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt very comfortable like we were at home, it wasn’t too far from things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great stay! I came for 1.5 weeks for work and the apartment was very close to my work and the location is very peaceful. The place was so nice and comfortable and was one of the best stocked airbnbs that I’ve stayed at and has everything you need for a great stay! The bed and couch are both very comfy too! Joseph was very communicative and helpful also. I would book this place again if it became available in these next few months of working in Dallas.

Allyson & Jay’s place was lovely. Everything looked just like the photos. The neighborhood is super walkable with lots of things to do. The amenities were great. Allyson was very responsive and helpful about any questions we had.

Great stay! The beds were comfortable and great view of city. Austin was a great host and gave excellent instructions.

Walkable to downtown & Deep Ellum. Farmers market & restaurants were close. Place was clean with plenty of towels & necessities. Check-in was easy. Needed an app to get entry to pedestrian gate. Parking was on the 4th floor and apartment was on the 3rd.

Great cozy Airbnb in an apartment building. Great location for the Dreamhack expo as it is a 10min walk away from it, not to mention all the other downtown attractions nearby. Keep in mind that the building itself is still somewhat under construction as of this review, but it shouldn’t be a problem for people with mobility issues, that I could tell.

Beautiful little apartment with an amazing view! And such a great location, only a couple minutes drive to the convention center and restaurants. And The hosts were so helpful and quick to respond to questions, I would definitely recommend saying here.

Clear instructions getting into the apartment/parking garage and host was very responsive back. Area is busy during the weekends at night which could cause issues getting a parking spot or uber ride.

We had a wonderful time at Darya’s place. Highlight has to be the location!! So walkable! Many restaurants, several parks, coffee next door! The rooftop patio would be a close second. Darya’s choice of furnishings were so perfect — we spent as much time out there as we could. The town house is very well equipped — we needed nothing! Very beautiful furnishings and design. Really neat place to stay! Thank you for sharing it with our family.

Lovely home in cute neighborhood. The outdoor area was perfect for our family. MJ was a very responsive host.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Laurie‘s place in Dallas. Her son, Grady, was our host and he was friendly and very easy to communicate with. The accommodations were exactly as pictured - lovely, and homey. It was extremely clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable. One thing to note is that you cannot change the temperature yourself. However, while it was comfortable, I like it a tad warmer; Grady was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and made for very pleasant walks. Restaurants, shopping and beautiful Whiterock Lake were only a 15-20 min walk through the lovely neighborhood. I’m from Dallas originally. I know we will return and hope to stay again at Laurie and Grady’s place. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Rosie's place! The home was almost perfect – clean, cute, and well-equipped with everything I needed for to ensure our bride had the best bachelorette trip. The only downside was that the place really only sleeps 6 people - not 8. One of the rooms was converted into the karaoke room and neither the couch in there or upstairs are pull out couches. We had 7 people so we ended up squeezing 3 people into the king bed in the master suite but not ideal. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent – they were responsive, friendly, and let us check in early since our flights landed in the morning. I especially appreciated the leftover decor and glassware that were bachelorette themed since we flew from out of town and couldn't pack much. There's also a backyard that's not pictured - we used it to host a private hibachi dinner. So much fun!! I would 100% stay here again.

My 2 daughters planned my 60th birthday celebration and your house brought the perfect vibe!! It looks exactly like pictures and the location was perfect for the activities that were planned. We definitely will use this house again to make more family memories.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, comfortable, and located in a central area close to many of Dallas’s main attractions. I felt very at home throughout my stay. The host was fantastic, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Their communication was excellent and made the whole trip even smoother. I would absolutely love to come back, and I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas!

The place was everything I expected and then some! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The best part was the view Lake Ray Hubbard is just a two-minute walk from the back door. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. I’d definitely stay again!

The home was just as advertised, and we would stay there again. It felt homey and comfortable - really like a family was allowing you to stay in their home. Instructions for access were very complete.

Amazing host had a slight issue on check in , responded immediately and all was resolved . Fantastic views of the city especially at night . Superb location DART station on the doorstep and plenty of eating places & convenience stores nearby. Very peaceful we never heard any noise day or night . Tastefully decorated with lovely thoughtful homely touches . Well maintained and clean , I wouldn’t hesitate to book again … Oh and the bed was very comfortable 😊
