Vacation rentals with breakfast in Dallas County

It was very welcoming. The porch lanterns were on when I arrived in the evening. That was a nice touch. Lots of snacks. And the bed was really comfortable! Shelli was very accommodating even gave me one of her greeting card so I could use it. I would stay again.

Laura and Tim were super accommodating for our very last minute reservation. She responded very quickly and was able to get us into their home within a few hours. The house was super clean and offered everything we needed for our one quick overnight. The bed was cozy. It is in a quiet neighborhood and not far from a beautiful walking path around the Veterans Cemetery. Dog friendly which we appreciated. The backyard is private with a great fenced in yard, firepit, grill and hammock with patio lights. Very peaceful. We enjoyed the beautiful tree with huge 🍃 leaves! We grabbed a quick late dinner at the Smoking Goat Bar Restaurant. Wings were excellent! We would definitely stay again. We can’t thank Laura and Tim enough for their lovely home and hospitality!

Amazing host. Cherish wasn’t at the place with me but was very communicative over the app about who might be coming to the house or staying there. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in DSM. I would stay here again!

The house is just as described, private bedroom, clean, the family is super nice they have the cutest little dog Koby. I stayed with my dog we felt at home. They are super nice. The neighborhood is safe and close to everything walk distance. I would stay again in a blink of an eye!

Lu's home is easily one of the best I've stayed in. It is a beautiful home, matched the pictures, smelled like a bakery, very clean. Not to mention how comfortable everything was or how kind they are! Lovely conversation and small talk, very clear communication/updates, I really wish I had been less busy so I could chat longer. For being new to this, they definitely have everything perfected. I adore them and their home and will absolutely be staying again. Thanks Lu!

Shelli’s place we great! We were just there briefly but immediately felt at home - you can tell the house is well loved! The room was spacious and having the half bath was nice. Also enjoyed the baked goods in the common area and the blueberry wine. Would stay here again passing through town.

I only stayed one night at Ryan’s place but it was such a good value as it would have cost me more to stay at a hotel for the night. Plus I had a kitchen, a living room, a kind size bed and a wonderful large bathroom. I wouldn’t have had access to all of that at a hotel. Everything was pristine clean and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. It was easy to find and the instructions to get in came with pictures so it was easy peasy. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

I rented this place for my son's family when our daughter, who lives right across the street, announced she was getting married. It was the perfect situation for our family and accommodated all of us. Worked out just great and was very nice.

My third stay here in the past five years as part of a mid-west regional disc golf tournament. The place is clean, quiet, and nearby to all the disc golf courses used for the tournament. The hosts respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Recommended!

I love the Iowa House! I love staying here in the winter,as there are jacuzzi tubs in each room. The bath alone is worth it,and its always clean.

Great place to stay for a campus visit! Walkable to campus and one of the few places you can stay that close. Very clean and quiet and the snacks, beverages, and breakfast were excellent! Cannot recommend more.

Needed a place to crash at last minute. Check in was confirmed right away and the place was sparkling clean.
