Condo vacation rentals in Dalaman

Evin konumu havaalanına çok yakın, çeşitli koylara da arabayla ulaşım gayet kolay. Eve girerken çok fazla merdiven var fakat bizim için sorun değildi. Ev tertemizdi, ihtiyaç olabilecek bütün küçük-büyük ev aletleri evde mevcut.(çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi, buzdolabı, mikrodalga, ütü, ketıl, süpürge, fön makinesi). Kemal Bey’in iletişimi ve konumla ilgili yönlendirmeleri de çok iyiydi. Kendisi evin konumunu bulurkende ondan sonrada bize çevredeki koylarla ilgili bilgi verdi. En ufak sorunda bile son derece ilgili ve çözücü davrandı. Dalaman’a tekrar yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle bakacağımız ilk adres olacak 👍🏽

Sehr netter und immer erreichbarer Gastgeber. Herr Cem hat sich sehr bemüht um unser Wohlgehen. Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Uns hat der Fluglärm vom Flughafen neben an nichts ausgemacht, war sogar eher interessant. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist neu und nichts ist überflüssig. Würde jeden der sich nicht vom Fluglärm (wenn Fenster und Türen geschlossen sind merkt man es kaum) belässtigt fühlt, die Wohnung empfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder! Nochmals vielen lieben Dank das wir dort wohnen durften…

Everything was perfect! I really liked this apartment. Location is great: it’s easy to get to the apartment, very private area, you don’t hear any noise, beaches and Kalcan center are in 10 minutes by car. In the apartment we found everything needed, it was very clean and comfortable. I would also like to mention the view, it is simply magnificent! If I’ll go to Kalcan one more time, I would definitely choose this place.

Barış bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi ,hızlıca tüm sorularımıza yanıt aldık .Evin konumu harika Kalkan merkezde denize yürüme mesafesinde,eczane,market 2 dk lık uzaklıktaydı ve otopark sorunu yoktu .Evin içinde konforumuzu sağlayacak tüm olanaklar mevcuttu .3 günde bir ev temizliği yapıldı .1 ay boyunca hem tatil hem home oficce çalışarak zaman geçirdik .Mesaiden sonra havuz keyfi yapmak çok güzeldi.Bize her konuda yardımcı olan ,önerilerde bulunan Recep beye ayrıca teşekkürler.Barış bey harika bir ev sahibi Antalya ya geldiğimde tek durağım olacak gibi .. Sevgiler .

Dairenin konumu, manzarası gerçekten çok güzel, akşam havuz başında güneşin batışını izleyebilirsiniz, denize de yakın olması büyük bir avantaj, evin konumu itibariyle havadaki nemi hissetmiyorsunuz gerçekten çok memnun kaldık, kışın da gelmeyi olanlıyoruz.

We had a pleasant stay at Hayri's place, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hayri's warm and friendly welcome during check-in immediately made us feel at home. He took the time to give us a detailed tour of the house, which we appreciated. The location of the property was exactly as described in the listing. Having our own car made it convenient to explore the town and its surroundings. However, it's important to note that Hayri's place is situated in the elevated part of town. While this provides scenic views, it might require a bit of effort if you plan to walk back to the house, especially for those who prefer a flat terrain. Overall, our stay was comfortable, and we found the accommodation to be well-maintained. If you're looking for a welcoming host and don't mind the uphill walk, Hayri's place is a good choice for your stay.

Şakir war ein super Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war in einem super Zustand mit 5 Pools, so dass man immer entscheiden konnte wo man schwimmen will. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet man hatte alles was man zum leben braucht wie z.B ein Bügeleisen oder andere Alltagsdinge und die Wohnung war sehr zentral zum Stadtzentrum. Şakir hat uns weiterhin viele Lebensmittel zur Verfügung gestellt was vorher nicht abgesprochen war. Das Meer war ebenfalls sehr nah an der Wohnung und man war in ca. 5 Minuten da. Alles im allem super Zeit gehabt.

8 minute walk to downtown and 12 minute walk back. My wife’s and very fit and know that a non-fit person would find it difficult to walk there and back. For us it was amazing and far enough From the clubs downtown

Logement parfait en tout point : - grande terrasse avec vue - hyper bien équipé avec TOUT ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, même ce à quoi vous n'auriez jamais pensé - emplacement au calme mais à distance de marche de toutes les commodités (micros, café, restaurants) et au pied du grand marché du jeudi. - stationnement facile - une propreté comme j'en ai rarement vue - la clim dans les pièces principales - un hôte hyper réactif, très agréable et très serviable. bref, à recommander +++ Vaut bien 5/5 et son statut de superhôte

Ev sahibinin ilgisi, evin ve havuzun temizliği gayet iyiydi. Son derece sakin ve huzurlu bir mevkiydi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Chris was so interested before our arrival. Answered our questions in a timely manner provided us with the necesaary information and tips. Vildan Hanım and Ender Bey also helped us with the problems during our stay. They were easy to reach and quick to act. The stay was just wonderful. We were extremely happy and satisfied with every detail of the house and its facilities. If we will have the chance, we would be more than eager to stay there next year as well. P.S. there was no spare sheets or towels, this might be the one small thing we can complain. But contacting with Vildan Hanım, she solved our problem right away.

Cengiz is a wonderful and down-to-earth host. He personally welcomed us, explained everything in the house, and made sure we were comfortable. He kindly picked us up from Fethiye bus station and even offered a ride to the airport. The house was impeccably clean, spacious enough for three people, and featured a swimming pool and a play area for kids, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Séjour parfait, un appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel et l’une des plus belles vues que l’on puisse espérer. Dirk est un communicant hors pair qui fournit de façon intelligente toutes les informations utiles pour arriver dans le logement puis de l’utiliser dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Par ex transmettre les plans d’accès avec photos une semaine avant l’arrivée m’a permis de tout traduire à la maison avant le départ et d’arriver sans stress à la résidence. La terrasse est superbe, la literie très confortable et il y a 3 salles de bain!!! Bien équipé. La résidence est paisible et très propre. Kalkan est facile d’accès le soir en voiture ou en taxi. Il faut savoir que Kalkan est assez chic, très fréquenté des touristes anglais et les prix des restaurants sont élevés. Je recommande à 1000% le logement de Dirk.

our stay at Ramazan's Villa was great, Very peacefull, relax the villa is in a great location with Markets and restaurants near the area. we had a great time, Ramazan is always available to help and Answer all your needs. this is a great place to stay in your next visit to oludeniz Area. I will deffinately Stay here on my next trip to this beautiful country.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

Cengizahn is a great host, great communication and went out his way to ensure our stay was the best it could be. Apartment in a peaceful location, only a short walk from bars and restaurants. Well furnished and modern. Great pool. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The beach is a 20 min walk and the airport is a 10 min taxi ride away. I stayed for one night for a long layover and enjoyed the pool
