This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. We are currently flexible with pricing for long-term stays, so please let us know. Our sister guest house, JAPAKU@KADOMA 05, is also available for rent. 　 It is 70 minutes from Kansai Airport, 40 minutes from Shin-Osaka, and 55 minutes from Itami Airport. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

NISHIMURA-TEI Hanare - Kitchen & Dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

This is the best place to stay for all guests to enjoy. You can heal your daily fatigue while looking out at the Japanese garden from the veranda. You have a great nice view of the city of Nara and Ikoma. from the balcony of 2nd,3rd floor. The 2nd floor bed room catches the morning sun ,birds voice . Ikomayama-mountain itself is a power spot . And a place where you can receive power from the ancient city of Nara. So "Kerinosu" is a power spot! You can drink enough tea -Tochucha-from my garden ,I dried is delicious &good for your health. Receivable a healing exercise that is a meditation mixed Kerinosu- yoga movements if you like.

Please experience or your friends and genuine good old Japanese life with your family. You can feel free to use, such as 12 people a large digging your stand is there an event-party sit at the same time. System kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven,cookware, has to offer, such as tableware. Since there is a loft it is possible acceptance of the organization. Bedding will be available in the Japanese style. It is an old town house, but is already all the water around the renovation.

This room is suitable for long-term stays. Would you like to come to a place where you can relax? There is a counter table in the room, you can make a relaxing time for a drink coffee or tea. Only 1 min walk from JR Nozaki Station to the room. It takes 23 min to Osaka city, 45 min to Kyoto, and 50 min Nara by train. It is the very convenient place for sightseeing. The room has kitchen supplies, so guests can cook for themselves. It is also recommended for long stays.

Check-in time is from 2pm to 5pm． Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm． Check-in is not possible on Sunday.(Staying and check-out possible) This guest house is located in a quiet area near Hanazono Rugby Stadium. It is a two-storey building with a total floor space of approximately 50㎡ Recommended for couples, solo travelers, and families
