We stayed 3 amazing nights at Blue Lotus and couldn't have hoped for a better experience. From the ambience to the genuine and kind spirits of our hosts, it was just what we needed. Visiting the national Park and Lake Ouachita were both beautiful experiences as well. We will most certainly be back much sooner than later!

The cabin is awesome! Perfect for a stay while riding the Trails. Private as well! Most camps in the area have cabins on top of each other. Don and Candy were great hosts and we will be happy to stay again!! The hottub and outside lighting provides a nice vibe if youre trying to relax at night. 6 of 5 ⭐️!!

My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at the house over Spring break and had plenty of space. The cabin was located perfect for our crystal digging adventures. After digging, we would come back and clean the crystals on the back porch watching the sun set. The hot tub was small, but it worked out. We rotated small groups at a time. The inside of the house was open and inviting. We could all be in the same space or retreat to our rooms if needed. It had everything that we needed, minus food, which helps when traveling.

We loved our stay at the Hideaway cabin this weekend. The cabin was beautiful, very clean, incredibly relaxing and comfortable. Our host was extremely responsive when we at a short power outage due to storms. Not to mention this hideaway is above a 5 Star for sure! We will definitely be back and will share with Friends when they need a place to get away too. Thanks for an amazing place for us to celebrate Father’s Day weekend and relax!

You think you need 3 days away? You need 5 and you need them right here in this tranquil, deeply restorative, quaint, rustic cabin. This cabin is overflowing with unique touches and extreme hospitality, so many little decorative touches and treats we couldn't enjoy them all in our 3 day stay. Which brings me back to you MUST book 5 days minimum! LOL From the porch swing naps to the Hot Tub soaks, everything was in perfect order. We had a small problem with the hot plate and a replacement was immediately provided. Do you know how incredible that was? You are literally in the middle of NOWHERE and POOF, instant response. Incredible. We were already in love with this little place, but that kind of attention takes it to the next level. I can't recommend Fancy Hills highly enough. We hope to stay again and again and again.

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH!! It was exactly what we needed! We loved the outdoor space and the coziness of the cabin. The cabin was easy to find and it had everything we could have needed. We will definitely stay here again! Perfect weekend!

My family of 4 (wife, 5 and 7 year old girls, and myself) stayed for 3 nights this Mother's Day weekend. From the beginning, communication from Melonie optimally prepared us for our experience. We arrived after dark the first night, but the property was well labeled and well lit so getting in was simple. The pictures don't do justice on how beautiful the property is. Everything was very clean and organized so we immediately felt at home. The beds were all comfortable and the linens were very fresh. The overall decor matched the location so well. There was a lot of attention to detail when decorating this property. We used the hot tub, which is wood fired and takes a few hours to fill and then heat. It was definitely worth the wait. We spent most of our time away from the property so we didn't use the property amenities to the fullest. It's a great location and perfect for families of all types.

Our family just loved it here, I think I was throwing a bigger fit leaving than my five year old! I could’ve stayed there forever! It was the perfect little family weekend and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We have lots of people asking about the tree house from pictures I posted in Fayetteville! I have highly recommended this place and we will be back before the end of summer! Making this a must do for our family every year! We appreciated how squeaky clean they kept the space and the atmosphere was super sweet and friendly, if you’re considering taking your kids here, just book the trip! ♥️

The property is peaceful an secluded but w plenty to do or just chill in the nature. The owners were an absolute 😊 delight. very much recommended

The scenery was amazing. it rained the whole time but there are so many trees it was still amazing!! My dogs had a blast and we played in the creek!!! We will definitely come baxk!!!

We had to find a place last minute for an anniversary trip and Kimberly’s cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. The space was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! We plan to stay again soon!

This was such a beautiful and secluded setting! It was everything we were hoping for and more. The rustic, bear decorated cabin was perfect and very comfortable. The complete wrap-around porch let us view the deer coming out of the woods into a flowered field on one side and the flowing creek on the other. The creek was so clear! I enjoyed walking in and around the creek. A fire ring, picnic table and grill were there. The kitchen had all the dishes, pans and accessories we needed too. The thorough provision of towels, linens, cleaning supplies, amenities was great! We love nature and this was perfect. So many kinds of birds too. Nearby experiences that we enjoyed were Little Missouri Falls, hiking and digging crystals. I could go on and on; we really enjoyed it. Lisa it is a wonderful place that you and John Karl provide. Judie's cabin was by far the best experience I've had. The house is amazing and well stocked with everything we needed. Judie is a great communicator and replies very quickly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The perfect getaway for an outdoor retreat! Watching the river from the large porch was one of my favorite things about the home. The porch also had a lockable gate so my dog couldn’t sneak down the stairs by himself.

Host was super easy to contact and responded quickly. Welcome book and information in advance made it more convenient to prepare before arriving. Cabin has a unique layout and there is no bathroom on the lower level unless you go across to the separate bedroom. The stairs to the main living room are a bit steep and have a tight turn at the bottom. Opted to go outside and up the deck stairs and through the sliding glass doors of the living room a couple of times. The downstairs bedroom with twin beds does have some noise from the AC and water sounds that take some getting used to. But the beds in all the rooms were comfortable and it was easy to quickly feel at home. The beautiful patio and outdoor cooking area with deck overlooking the river make you want to spend your whole time here. The yard is mostly clear with woods bordering the property. Enjoyed bird songs and deer sightings. We did not want to leave. We came for the diamond mining but the real gem was this little hide away.

Rodger and his wife were very friendly and even kept the place stocked with things that normal Airbnb don't have. They all the essential and were super accommodating. We will definitely be back.

This place is truly a dream come true. My friends and I were looking for a peaceful weekend getaway surrounded by nature, and we found exactly that in the A-frame house. The space feels very homey, with every detail thoughtfully arranged, allowing you to sense the owners' mindful energy all around. The house is fully stocked; you only need to bring your food and charcoal. Angela, our host, was fantastic—communication with her was always easy and timely. We can't wait to return soon!
